Manus P.O.V
We arrived at the remains of the once great judicial island. We got off the ship with Ohm using his weapon as a means of transport for the wounded. They were currently fast asleep on a cloud towed by Ohm.
"We need to dump the ship. We'll find something else later but it's a lead on us." I said and looked at Mr. 3.
He nodded and weighed the ship down with so much wax it sank to the bottom of the ocean.
I nodded. "That'll do 3. That'll do. Now spread out and look for survivors." I said as I moved through the city.
After awhile me and Crocodile moved to the second island where the tower of justice used to be. After a bit of searching we found our quarry.

"Yo!" I greeted.
Jabra and Kaku disappeared and reappeared behind me so fast I almost lost track of them.
That's good.
As Jabra attempted to hit me with a five-finger pistol I moved to the side to avoid it and ducked under a tempest kick from Kaku. I then disappeared and appeared next to Lucci.
"His pulse is weak." I said as I caught Kumadori's staff with one hand and Blueno's kick with another.
I reappeared at another side of him and began to inspect his body. "He looks like he took a bombardment head-on that was being fired at 50 rounds a second. What the hell is this guy made of?" I said as I tanked a tempest kick from Kalifa and Fukuro. "Did a leaf just hit me?" I said as I looked up and looked around.
The CP9 agents sweat dropped and Crocodile laughed.
I looked at the agents with a smile. "Listen I can save your comrade. And now you guys are being hunted by the World Government and Spandam. So I have a proposition. I'm building an army of elites. You want in? You can get your revenge on Spandam."
"Yes." I heard a voice say weakly. Lucci had regained consciousness.
"Good." I said as I got out my Estus Flask and poured enough down Lucci's throat so that he was fully healed. He looked at me shocked as I pulled him up. "Let's go."
"Thanks." He said.
"No problem. By the way when we find him, you get to kill Spandam." I said.
Lucci smiled wickedly. "Good."
As we made our way back to the other island we made a plan.
"We need to go to Water 7." I said.
The CP9 agents looked at me with curious looks.
"You do know we betrayed the people there right?" Blueno said.
"I do. But I'll make them a deal they can't refuse." I said.
