Diana sat on the chair and looked at all of the letters on the desk. While she was gone, Kai collected all the papers him and her had ever written on to talk. Apparently he had also written love letters.

Dear Diana,

Hi hello. How are you? This is embarrassing but Caroline said getting my "emotions" out will help me. I don't really know how to handle emotions, so I'm just going to tell you about my day.

James told me you forgot everything and that you left. Which really really sucks. I hope you're happy. That wasn't sarcasm. I genuinely hope you're happy. Damon was actually nice to me today and offered me to live here, indefinitely. Anastasia left, so me and James are "bros" now.

I guess something I can say is, you dropped a bomb on me before you left. I didn't even get to say it back. Was the kiss that bad? Was it that good?

Diana smiled at the absolute cuteness of Kai. She sat in his room and waited for him to come back. They were going to watch tv and eat Damon's snacks for fun. He finally came into the room holding various items.

"Did you know, Damon likes pork rinds? That's so funny, the whole time in the prison world it was a whole thing and now." He laughed.

He saw Diana reading his letter and immediately ran to gently take it out of her hands. "Whatcha doing there?"

"Just reading your love letter." Diana teased.

"It's not a love letter." He scoffed. "It's apart of a play that I'm working on...with James. It's about war. And other stuff. Let's just put this over here." He threw the note aside.

She stood up and smiled. "You love me."

"Pfft." Then he muttered. "Sort of."

"You love me. Hehe." Diana laughed and did a little dance.

He touched her hand lightly and grabbed her cheek, kissing her softly. "Yes, Diana. I do." She kissed him back, happy and content. He moved his arms to her waist as she wrapped hers around his neck.

He backed her up against a wall and kissed her longingly. She ran her hands through his hair as his kisses moved to her collarbone. She pulled his jacket off and he kissed back up to her lips. Not breaking away, he lifted her so her legs wrapped around his waist. Walking over to the bed she stopped kissing him and lifted her shirt over her head. Her back was laid gently on the bed but Kai aggressively attacked her breasts. Massaging them with his hands. She let out a soft moan and reached her hand down, feeling him through his pants. He paused for a second, "you okay with this?" She nodded and pulled him up to kiss him for reassurance.
