Sara appeared once again at Hogwarts, this time outside her dorm, she smiled at her success. Though still wondering what determined in which place she would appear every time she used the time turner, why the first time Hermione and she had used it, she had appeared in the corridors of the castle and this time, she was standing outside her dorm. Shrugging, she let go of the thought and got down to the common room, after all, she figured at some point she and Hermione would figure it out.
"I thought you were going to sleep early" Sara turned around and was faced with Matilda, who was sitting on a sofa near the fire with a book on her lap.
"Um, yeah but, I think I'm going to see Fred instead" Matilda looked at her confused.
"I thought you had a headache"
"Um, yeah, um, that's why I'm going to see Madam Pomfrey first"
"Oh okay, I'm going to the Astronomy tower to meet Lee, so do you want to go out together?" Sara smiled.
"Yeah, sure"
"Great" Matilda said marking the page on her book and standing up of the sofa. She left the book she was reading on a table and grabbed her sweater "Let's go" Both friends got out of the Hufflepuff common room and made their way towards the stairs "Did you change your clothes?" Matilda asked Sara while their going up the stairs.
"Um, yeah"
"Why?"
"Because, um, I'm going to see Fred"
"Oh, right"
The girls kept going up the castle, engrossed in a conversation about Matilda and Lee's relationship, which was mostly sexual. Sara had forgotten how her friends used to be all over each other during that year, of course she remembered they had a thing, but not how intense it was. However, Matilda had always been cleared that she and Lee were strictly friends with benefits and nothing more, which was fairly convenient for the witch, now that Sara thought about, after all Matilda must have been missing Cedric a great deal during that year, and knowing her friend, she was looking for a distraction.
Once they got to the fourth floor of the castle Sara intended to keep going up the stairs, until Matilda brought up to her attention that she was supposed to go to the hospital wing first, and then to see Fred. Cursing herself mentally for telling that lied, she bid her friend goodbye and good luck with the Gryffindor boy, and changed her course towards the hospital wing, of course once she was out sight of Matilda, she waited a few minutes for her friend to keep going up towards the Astronomy tower and when she thought Matilda wasn't going to spot her anymore, she returned to the stairs and continued her journey to the Gryffindor common room.
Once she reached the Fat Lady portrait, she just stood there thinking of the password the Gryffindors' had that year, of course she couldn't remember it, it had been to long since she had used it, and to be fair, most of the time she went inside the Gryffindor common room, it was with Fred, so it was him who said the password to the Fat Lady, and she wasn't always paying attention.
"Fuck" she muttered.
"Excuse me?" the Fat Lady said "That is not an appropriate language for a young girl"
"Sorry" Sara said blushing.
"What is it dear?"
"I can't remember the password" the Fat Lady grimaced.
"I guess you'll have to wait for someone else to arrive then"
"Can I, like, knock on you?"
"Of course not! I'm not a door" Sara sighed, it could be hours before someone wanted to enter or get out of the common room.
