"I must still be dreaming" Sara thought. How could it be? How, in Merlin's name, was possible that her dead boyfriend was sitting in front of her? With that wicked smile he had, and that Sara knew too well.

"You still think you're dreaming?" Fred asked her, still smiling.

"I must be" she replied, "How else would you explain this?" she said waving her hands towards him.

"I told you I don't know, but shouldn't you be glad that you can see me? And talk to me? I mean, I saw you waiting for me so..."

"Oh, shut up you big idiot" Sara told him, suppressing a smile "Anyway, dream or not, I have to go to work, so I'm going to take a shower"

"Can I join you?" Fred asked wiggling his eyebrows at her. The only response he got was a rolling of eyes from Sara, as she got out of bed, took the towel lying on the floor, and got in the bathroom.

After a long and warm shower, Sara got dressed in her bedroom, Fred's bedroom. Weirdly, he didn't appear. Once dressed, Sara sat by the edge of her bed and put her head in her hands sighing. She knew Fred couldn't actually be here right? But she didn't think she was still dreaming either. "How can this be happening? I seriously must be going insane" she thought. She took one deep breath and stood up.

When she went downstairs and into the shop, George was already there, talking to a customer and smiling, something Sara hadn't seen in a long time. She smiled to herself.

"Please don't tell me that in my absence you've grown to find my brother attractive" Fred said appearing behind her, causing Sara to slightly jump. With a hand on her chest, she whispered at him.

"Do you want me to die or what? Don't do that"

"Still so overdramatic I see" he responded with a grin. Sara just rolled her eyes at him again and went to George, who was giving the costumer some money and his product.

"Good morning Georgie" she said smiling "You're up awfully early today" he looked down at her and smirked.

"Yeah well, you were being awfully loud" he said, and Sara tilted her head in curiosity.

"What do you mean?"

"Well after this morning I realized, my dear brother still gives you pleasure even though he's not even here" Sara eyes widened and she heard Fred snickering behind her "He must have been good"

"Oh my god, you heard me?"

"You were moaning quite loud, I must say" Sara's cheeks became red, and she put her hands on her face. Fred however stood beside her with a proud grin on his face.

"Oh god, I'm so sorry you heard me, I was dreaming"

"I figured, but don't worry about it, you gave me a good laugh" he said chuckling and Sara punched him in his arm.

"Whatever, I'm heading to work, see you later" she told him, and walked outside the shop. Fred followed her close behind "What are you doing?" she asked him.

"Um...Going to work with you?"

"No, no you're not. I'm going alone" she told him and disapparated to St. Mungo's.

Once Sara entered St. Mungo's she walked to the changing room all the healers in training used. She changed into her uniform and went to Doctor Clark's office. Doctor Clark was Sara's trainer. Every student that wanted to become a healer had a trainer assigned to him/her who was responsible for the trainee doing. The trainer assigned patients to them that they had to care for, always been supervised by their them of course. In Sara's case, she had been assigned to Doctor Clark, who also happened to be Matilda's big brother. Which was really good for her, she knew him before she entered the program, and they had an amicable relationship. Also, she had met him at Hogwarts, since he was only 25 years old, he had graduated when Sara and Matilda had been on their third year of school. Sara stood outside Thomas, Doctor Clark's, office. Just when she was about to knock on it, she saw leaning on the wall an awfully familiar ginger looking at her, grinning. Her hand dropped back at her side and she let out a frustrated sigh.
