Chapter 5: After Class Talk

You stayed behind after class to help Severus clean up for his next class

Severus- did you take your dosage yet?

Y/N- no I've forgotten

Severus- this is a very serious thing not to forget

He went over to his cabinet filled with bottles and grabbed one labeled Y/N and handed you a small vial of it

Severus- thankfully I have extra

You took the dosage in one swig and at an instant you felt calm and relaxed. He capped the bottle and put it back on the shelf. You've had to take one everyday, as ordered by Severus. You didn't know why but you didn't complain about it. You went back to counting Griffin claws when Severus spoke up

Severus- who were those two you were talking to in class?

Y/N- George and Fred Weasley

He shook as if he got a chill

Y/N- is something wrong?

Severus- those two are the most trouble making children I have ever met...

Y/N- what did they do?

Severus- gave me many frightening memories...

You grabbed his hand. He looked down at you and squeezed tighter

Y/N- i'm sure there's some way to keep them under control..

Severus- there isn't. There like untamable monstrosities

You then got an idea

Y/N- what if I talked to them

He looked at you with wide eyes. They gave off many different emotions

Severus- I won't allow it

Y/N- why not?

Severus- there behavior is contagious, and I am not letting my daughter become a troublemaker

Y/N- oh

He hugged you

Severus- I'll talk to Professor McGonagall, in the meantime please don't talk to them

Y/N- alright

Severus- good, now run along or you will be late to Charms

You left the room and made your way towards the Charms classroom
