its been a day since y/n passed away and today was her "good bye party" as she used to call it
we all wanted funeral for her but we knew she'd be upset if we did so we stayed with the balloons
her body was still getting tested to see how bad the cancer was so we couldn't do what she wanted us to do with her body.
y/ns mom decided to hold the good bye party the day after because she wanted all of us there. we were going to be leaving in 2 days for a game.
which was going to be rough for all of us but we were going to win.

"really? why didn't you ask her out? things didn't work out?"
"we never said anything about our feelings. then you came into my life and i just couldn't let you go. i love you so much. the way we text and how we talked in person. it was perfect." i said as i went up to hug her
she laughed but then i felt tears drop onto my shirt
