Magnolia, Sirius, and Remus where all at the burrow. It was Christmas and everyone was bustling about and chatting away. Magnolia sat on the couch with her head laying on the back of it and her eyes shut.
Magnolia felt hands on her shoulders and she opened her eyes to see Fred. He was looking down at her and massaging her shoulders. "I just told mum and dad. I wouldn't go in the kitchen for a few minutes." Magnolia nodded and shut her eyes again. Fred leaned down and pecked her lips.
George and Harry watched in shock. They shared a look before looking back at the happy couple. "Freddie?" George whispered. Fred looked up. "Yes, Georgie?" George's eyes fell on Magnolia before he looked up at Fred. Fred smiled and nodded.
Molly walked into the living room a few minutes later. "Magnolia, can I speak with you in the kitchen?" Magnolia's head shot up and she nodded. She pushed herself up and waddled into the kitchen.
"Mrs. Weasley before you say anything, I told Fred we shouldn't have lied to you but he insisted. I didn't want to." Molly held her hand up. "Magnolia, I completely understand." Magnolia's brows furrowed. "You do?" Molly nodded. "Fred explained everything to us and that it was his idea and we shouldn't be mad at you." Magnolia looked down at her feet. "Are you made at me?" Molly shook her head. "Not at all dear," Molly walked forward and laid her hands on both sides of Magnolia's stomach. "I'm still considering this child my grand baby. You're like a second daughter to me, Magnolia, and you look like the rest of us." Tears rolled down Magnolia's cheeks. "I'm sorry."
Molly shook her head. "It's alright dear," She pushed a strand of hair behind Magnolia's ear. "Now go enjoy your Christmas and relax." Magnolia nodded. "Can I have that plate of Christmas cookies?" Molly chuckled and reached over grabbing the plate. She handed it to Magnolia and she walked back to the couch. Magnolia sat down and relaxed into it, letting out a content sigh.
As the night went on everyone continued to chat while Magnolia sat on the couch, exhausted still. Magnolia felt a hand on her shoulder and she looked up. Remus was sitting next to her. "Ready to head home?" Magnolia nodded. Remus stood up and helped her off the couch.
They walked over to the door where Sirius was waiting for them. Magnolia was too tired to tell anyone goodbye. Harry's head perked up when he saw them getting ready to leave. He stood up and walked over to them "You guys leaving?" Remus nodded. "Mags is tired." Magnolia's head perked up. "Exhausted." She corrected. Remus chuckled. "My bad, she's exhausted."
Arthur walked over. "Let me walk you guys out." Harry nodded. "I'll come with." The five walked outside. Remus and Arthur were engaged in a conversation about the order. Magnolia looked around and there was a popping sound.
Everyone immediately tensed. Sirius moved Magnolia behind him, pulling his wand out. "Mags, Harry go inside." Magnolia and Harry both shook their heads. "No, I'm staying." Harry stated.
A ring of fire suddenly surrounded the burrow and Magnolia wrapped her arms around her stomach. "Magnolia, inside now!" Magnolia started backing away when black smoke appeared in front of the ring and Bellatrix Lestrange stood with a grin. Her husband and three other death eathers were with her.
Magnolia felt her breath hitch. An opening appeared in the fire and Bellatrix ran through. Without thinking Harry took off after her. He had hated her after he had attacked Magnolia a few summers ago.
"Harry No!" Magnolia screamed but Harry hadn't stopped. Magnolia ran after him, ignoring everyone else shouts of protests. There may have been times when she hated Harry but he was the only blood she had left other then her baby and she couldn't lose either of them.
Sirius and Remus had tried running after them but they were stopped by the death eaters. It was soon a full out brawl. Sirius threw a stunning spell at one of them as they tried to hit Remus. Fred and George ran outside along with Bill. "Mags is in the field!" Sirius shouted. "We'll cover you just get to her!" Fred and George shared a look before running towards the fire. The death eaters had tried to fire spells at them but the other adults protected them as they made it through the fire.
Magnolia had stopped running. She had tired herself out. She looked both ways unsure of which way they had gone. Magnolia was breathing heavily. She wanted to call out for Harry but something told her not to. Magnolia cursed. "Bloody Hell what have I done!" Her hands tangled into her hair.
"Mags! Mags!" Magnolia heard Fred and George shouting her name. She spun towards the direction she had heard them calling and froze. Bellatrix stood in front of her, her head tilted. Her eyes fell on Magnolia's baby bump and her lips twisted into an evil grin. Magnolia backed up, slowly. "Leave me alone!" Magnolia screamed. "Fred! George! Over here! I'm over here-" Bellatrix raised her wand. "Crucio!"
The spell hit Magnolia in her chest. She fell to the ground, on her back and screamed out in pain. The twins stopped dead in their tracks as they heard the bloodcurdling scream. They took off running in the direction it had came from. Bellatrix stood over Magnolia's withering body, a grin on her face.
Fred seethed. "Get away from her, you bitch!" Bellatrix's head snapped towards them. Before she could point her wand at him she was flying through the air. George ran over to Magnolia and picked her up, bridal style. Magnolia stared up at George as she fought with her eyes to stay open. "George, save her, please." Magnolia had lost consciousness. George held Magnolia tight and disappeared before Fred could get out another word.
