Doctors appointment and telling the parents

It's about 7 in the morning, Em is still asleep I don't know why but she looks so cute when she's asleep. I managed to take her head off my arm without waking her up. I didn't want to wake her up yet, she's needs her rest. I quickly grab a shower.

I wake up to Will not there, then I hear the shower so I knew he was taking a shower. It's 8, we have are doctors appointment at 9:30. I check my phone. My mom had texted saying

Morning sweetie, hope your ok. I'll be back at 6 tonight. Why don't you order a pizza for us both. Love mom xx

I replied with Good morning, yes am fine. Ok see you then. Is it ok if Will joins us tonight. Will do, love you too xx.

As I get up, Will comes into my room. Good morning, how did you sleep babe. Morning, I slept ok. By the way my mom will be home at 6 and I've asked her if you can join us so we can tell her. Yeah sounds like a plan, I'll text my mom see if she can come over at 6. Before I could answer I quickly ran to the bathroom to be sick.

In the bathroom: Emma, are you ok. Yes am fine Will it's just the morning sickness don't worry. Emma you know am going to worry. Thank you for caring for me. (Will goes to hug Emma). I put on my top and head downstairs to the kitchen. Will is starving up breakfast. Hey babe, what you make me. Well this morning whilst you were sleeping and was looking on the web at breakfast that are good for pregnant woman so I made you porridge with you favourite pieces of fruit in with fresh orange. Wow thank you, you really looked at baby information.

Yes because I want to be the best dad to this baby, I want to know what I can do to help you both and get you though this pregnancy. Because I love you Emma and I love are unborn baby. Will your going to make an amazing dad to are baby and I love you too. (The kiss)

Now let's eat, we have 30 minutes till we have to leave. Before we leave I quickly use the bathroom, my bladder has been the worst.

At the hospital: Hi there, I've got an pregnancy appointment at 9:30. Name please and date of birth. Emma Maria Duval and date of birth is 23/11/06. Yes here you are, Nurse Kate will be with you in a minute. Thank you.

A few minutes later: Emma Duval room 309 please. That's us Will. You ready to do this. Yes are you. Of course I hope we will get to see are baby. Me too.

In the room: Hi so you must be Emma and this is. Yes am Emma and this is my boyfriend Will. Well nice to meet you both, and congratulations. Thank you.

Right so am Nurse Kate and am going to be you nurse and midwife though out your pregnancy, so I will be the one doing your appointment and I will be you midwife though out the labour. So today, am going to take a ultrasound sound and show you your baby, then i just need to get some forms filled and information if thats ok with you. Yes that's perfectly fine. Right so if we can get on with the forms.

So as you are young we will need to inform social services. This doesn't mean that anything, it's just they will do flying visits just to check on you both. As you 18 and pregnant we want you to have the best support. Is that ok with you both if I inform them?

Yes of course, we having told are parents yet but we are tonight and we are hoping they will help out. But yes other support to with help.

Ok perfect, I will tick that as yes, so they will drop by next week you will get a letter in the post in 2-3 days. So the next question is, how are you planning of giving birth. So your opinions are water birth, bed, on the floor or surgery. Erm we haven't really thought of that. Will what would you say. Well am happy with what ever, erm what's the less painful. So most people say that water and bed is less painful. Emma what do you want. Can we decided near the time, but can you put a maybe on the water and bed one please. Yes of course.
