Emma and Will sit down and talk

It's now been 4 weeks without William, he's funeral is in two weeks time. There funerals have to be in 6 weeks after there death for some reason. I've been staying at Brooke and Jake's for 2 weeks, me and Emma just need some time away from each other. I've showered and dressed. I wear my grey Nike joggers with my black Nike t shirt and my Nike trainers. Brooke has already left for work, Jake's gonna drop me back off at mine before work.

Morning bro, how did you sleep. Not to bad. Is it alright if we leave in 10, as I need to stop off at target to get some new basketball because the others popped for some reason. Yeah sure, I thought I'd get Em some flowers. That will be nice, let's go.

We arrive at target, I grab a big bunch of pink flowers and a box of chocolates. I meet Jake in the sports isle. Hey, you got everything. Yeah, what about you. Yeah I got the basketballs and bibs let's good. We pay and Jake drops me off at home.

In the house: Hey babe, you back. I missed you. I missed you too, so much. Who dropped you off. Jake he dropped me off before going to his coaching. That's nice of him, thanks for the flowers babe. Your welcome, so how you doing. Erm yeah alright. What about you. Same really.

(They both sit down): Listen Will I want to apologise for all the things I said, I honestly didn't mean then I was just angry and upset. Emma you don't have to apologise I understand, we both said some hateful things that we regret but we were both grieving and took our anger out on each other. Yeah your right, have you stopped your drink now. Yeah I've just drank for the past 2 weeks. I was coping so well so I took my grieving to drinking, I was drinking at the end of a cliff. Jake had to come get me every night, bring me back here and make sure I was in bed. Will I am sorry I wasn't there, I should of made sure your were ok and not just lie in bed for the past 5 weeks. Emma we were both grieving, we both wanted each other but in other words we just didn't know what we both needed, i slept in the guest room so you could just be alone on your own and grieve. I just wish we spent it together just grieving together, William wouldn't want us fighting. No he wouldn't he would want us to be sad but also happy. Yeah your right, Am glad we had this chat. It's so nice to finally be back together because I've missed you so much. I've missed you too.

I was thinking on Saturday we could both go to my moms to see Mia, we've not seen her for 6 weeks and I miss her so much. Yeah that sounds good, I have too. Why don't we go to the toy shop tomorrow and grab her a few news toys you know to make up for not seeing her for so long, I know it's her birthday in a month. Sounds perfect, I wonder how she will react to me not having a bump anymore. I think when she's much older we should tell her about William because if we tell her now she won't understand as much. Yeah that's what I thought, I mean I think we should speak about him to get her mind around it but yeah I think we should wait till she's 5 or 6 when she understands more. Yeah sounds good to me.

By the way the funeral directors called said that we need to go in on Monday to check everything over. Yeah we can do that, well College have said that I can have as much time as I want off, they even said that I couldn't just work from home and come in when we do games and practices. That's good then, I've decided am just going to leave college because it's not for me, I've applied for a English and maths tutor job that I can start in 3 months time it's every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. That's brilliant, well done babe. Thanks babe. Right what do you say to cuddles and a movie or friends in bed. I said yes please. Let's go.

Saturday: Me and Will are both on our way to my moms to see Mia. We brought her some new toys yesterday, i new doll, pram, Teddy and books. We pull up to the drive way. Will grabs the toys and I head in.

Mom we're here. Mammma Dadda. Hey baby girl, god I had missed you. Hey princess. Dadda (Mia puts her arms out). Come her my gorgeous girl, I've missed you. She's missed you both.

In the living room: Look Mia me and Daddy got you some toys and books. Look we got you a new doll and pram for her (Mia gets excited about the doll). Am guessing you love it then Mia.

So how she been mom. She has been an Angel, she has slept in her own cot from 7 at night till 8 in the morning, eaten all her foods at nursery and here, she's had a few crying fit if she doesn't get her own way but she's be fantastic. Aww amazing, how has she been at nursery. They said she has stated to like painting and colouring now, actually she did you and Will a painting each let me go get them off the fridge. Wow theses are amazing, my little artist. They also said that she has started to enjoy cottage pie a lot now and she's been eating watermelon a lot too. Ooo we'll have to get some for at home won't we.

So how have you two been. Erm yeah, we're getting there one day at a time. We had a sit down and talk yesterday didn't we Will. Yeah it was nice to get everything off our chest and nice to be back together after so many weeks apart. Well that's good, you know we're all here for you both. We know mom thank you, we just have to shop for the funeral now. Oh yes it's in two weeks, so does he get his own like grave or just a stone. He will get his own grave that we're going to make special for him. And also we have decided that to his funeral people can we're colour clothes instead of black because we thought it would be nice. That sounds lovely, then where's the wake going to be. We're just going to have it at our house, we're going to get a day and night nanny for Mia. I don't mind looking after her. Are you sure. Of course not, listen you drop her off at nursery at 9 in the morning then I'll pick her up at like 7 and bring here back here. Thank you mom. Yeah thank you Maggie.

We stay for another couple of hours, then we leave. We decided to take Mia with us but my mom said that she will pick her up if we need to because it might be a bit upsetting. We get home, I bath Mia while Will makes dinner. I think get Mia into her pjs, give her a bottle and story in our bed. And then she's fast asleep in her own cot.

Me and Will both have our dinner, i then grab a shower and so does Will. We then get dressed for bed. Will is finally back sleep in our bed. We cuddle up and watch friends before Emma falls asleep on my chest
