No it's to early

It's been 2 days since the Braxton Hicks started they haven't been to bad. Me and Will phoned are midwife Kate and she said if they are any worst in 5 days time then come in. I would say the pain is 6/10.

I wake up, to the most painful pain ever. I look at the phone it 2 in the morning, I take the duvet off me and I have a wet patch. I think of shit no no no my waters have broke. I scream for Will to wake up but he doesn't so I start hitting him to wake up. He finally wakes up.

Em are you ok it's 2 in the morning. No Will am not ok my waters have broke. WHAT. Will we need to go to the hospital now. Ok ok, right let me get my shorts on. Will am not due for another week. It's ok, don't worry, right get my hand and come on let get you in the car. (Emma screams whilst going to the car). It's alright we're gonna get to the hospital. Will I can't do this, the pain is so much pain. Right we're at the car, come of take my hand and get in the front. Will I haven't got my phone. Don't worry I grabbed it, take some water.

In the car: Right we nearly there, hold my hand. Will I need some fucking gas and air. It's ok, you can get the in a minute, we're 5 minutes away. Put your fucking foot down, I need drugs. Right calm down we're here. Calm down, Will am fucking in labour with your daughter don't you tell me to calm down. Right am sorry, right am gonna go get a wheelchair.

In the hospital: Can I have a nurse please. Hi sir how can I help. Hi my girlfriend is in labour with our daughter. Right ok, let's get her in room 309. I need fucking gas and air. Right what is her name please. Emma Duval, are midwife is called Kate. Right ok, I will go get Kate for you. Thank you.

Well hello Emma and Will. Hi Kate. Right so it's baby time. Kate am not due for another week. Yes that's correct but it looks like your little girl wants to come now. Kate is everything going to ok. So Will am going to put a monitor over Emma's stomach to see how the baby is, and then we're gonna see how many dilations she is then we will know more. Ok thank you. Can I have Emma's baby folder please. Yes here you go. Thank you.

Hi Maggie, I think your asleep because it voicemail. I want to phone you to say Emma has gone into labour. We're at the hospital now, the midwife is monitoring the baby and checking how many dilations she is. We will know more later. I will phone you when we do.

Right Mrs Duval, you are 7 centimetres. What that's crazy. So I would say in 3 hours you will be meeting your baby girl. 3 hours. Yes 3 hours Will. Wow, so what helps the labour. I I would recommend going for a walk round the hospital and going on the birthing ball. Ok we can do that. Emma would you still like a water birth. Yes please. Ok we will get that all sorted for you.

Mom, Brooke Jake. Hey you two, how's it going. Hey, so Emma is 7 centimetres, meaning we will be meeting our daughter in 3 hours. Wow 3 hours. Yeah I know it's mad. Erm can I go see her. Yeah of course Brooke.

No it's fine I just wanna to know. So how you feeling. To be honest I want this fucking child out of me. Haha, aww don't worry in 3 hours all the pain will be worth it. Well they gave me gas and air so that's helping. That's good, does your mom know your in labour. Will phoned her but it went to voicemail, she must be still asleep. Yeah isn't it like 5 in the morning now. Yeah she wakes up a 9 to start work at 12. So she's be awake soon. Yeah hopefully, I just didn't want her missing her first grandchild birth. Could you face time her. Yeah I suppose we could.

You ok Em, can I get you anything. Am fine, the gas and air is helping. Hi Em, how you doing. Hey Adaline, thank you for coming and yeah am doing ok I just want this kid out. Aww don't worry sweetie she'll be here in no time. You alright Em. Hey Jake, yeah am not bad. You excited to become an uncle. Yeah I am, I mean Brooke hasn't shut up about becoming an Auntie. Not my fault am really excited.

Hello Mrs Duval and Belmont, so let's see how she's getting on. So she is doing alright she's nearly ready. What can we do now. So I would suggest going for a walk round the hospital. Alright, Emma do you want to do that. Anything to get her out of me.

Right help me up. Yeah of course, take my hand. Emma by the way, you will have to take the gas and air with you, because you will need it. By the way guys, you can go sit in the cafeteria if you want while we go on the walk. Ok yeah, I need some caffeine anyway.

An hour later: Right Emma let's see how many centimetres you are now. So you are 8 and a half centimetres, so you have 2 hours to go. So I would say have a little nap and go on the birthing ball. Right Em do you want a sleep. Yes, am so tiered. Ok, am gonna nap in the chair. Can you please join me on the bed. Yeah of course.
