Blaine laughed happily, throwing his arms around Kurt and hugging him tightly. "You're staying?" He asked through tears, pulling back to look Kurt in the eyes.
Kurt nodded. "Yeah." He whispered, hugging Blaine tightly. "I can't leave you."
Blaine buried his head in Kurt's neck, letting out a sigh of relief. "I was so scared I'd lost you forever."
Kurt shook his head, holding back tears of his own. "C-Can we go to your apartment?" He asked softly. "I know they're closing the doors but I-I just don't want to see him and-"
Blaine nodded quickly. "Yeah- yes. Of course. Let's get out of here. Away from him. Come on." He said softly, taking Kurt's hand and leading him through the airport. He looked around, then back at Kurt, biting his lip over a small smile. He couldn't believe that they were really walking in public, hand-in-hand, and that Kurt was really staying. They walked outside and flagged down a taxi, Blaine telling the driver his address once they got in. He looked over at Kurt, taking his hand once again and looking up into his eyes. "You're leaving him behind." He said. "I'm so proud of you."
Kurt smiled softly as he got in the car, looking into Blaine's hazel eyes. "Took me long enough." He said, gently taking Blaine's hand.
Blaine shook his head. "You were scared. He was threatening you. You've been with him since you were seventeen. You're brave no matter when you leave him. The point is that you left." He said, squeezing Kurt's hand. He got out of the taxi and opened the door for Kurt once they arrived at Blaine's building, grabbing his suitcase from the trunk. They walked into the building, getting into the elevator together.
Kurt turned to Blaine, squeezing his hand. "It feels weird not to be sneaking around." He said, smiling softly as they got out of the elevator.
Blaine nodded, grabbing his keys and opening the door to his apartment. "Good weird?" He asked, closing the door behind them.
Kurt nodded. "Yeah. Good weird." He said, wrapping his arms around Blaine's neck once the door was closed. He gently leaned back against the door, pulling Blaine closer to him until their foreheads were resting on one another. "Thank you for coming to the airport." He whispered. "I wouldn't have had the courage to leave on my own."
Blaine relaxed against Kurt, fluttering his eyes closed and holding onto Kurt's sides. "You have more courage than you know." He said softly, opening his eyes to look into Kurt's.
Blush dusted Kurt's cheeks, and he leaned in, pressing his lips against Blaine's. There it was— the feeling that Kurt always got when he was with Blaine. The feeling of finally being safe, and knowing where he belonged.  The feeling was usually accompanied by a fear of being caught cheating on his husband, but, that was gone now. He was done with Derek, and Blaine was all he wanted. There was still fear and worry about how Derek would react to a divorce, but, all Kurt could think about in that moment was the feelings of Blaine's lips on his and the fact that Derek was on a plane to Ohio. "I love you." He whispered against Blaine's lips.
Blaine was breathless from the kiss, smiling widely as he heard the words he had been longing to hear from Kurt for so long. "You do?" He asked softly.
Kurt nodded. "Of course I do." He whispered. "You're the love of my life, I was just too scared to let myself see that before. When you marry someone, that's supposed to be your soulmate, you know? It's supposed to be your person. But Derek was never my person. I married him because I had never been with anybody else and I didn't know what real love felt like." He said softly. "I know what love feels like now. And I know who my soulmate is."
Blaine looked into Kurt's eyes, trying to keep himself from crying. "I can't tell you how long I've been waiting for you to say that. Basically since the day I hired you." He laughed softly, leaning in and pressing another deep kiss to Kurt's lips. He picked him up under his knees, carrying him to the bedroom.
Kurt laughed happily against Blaine's lips, holding onto him tightly as they went to the bedroom. He pulled Blaine on top of him as he laid down on the bed, pressing their lips together again. "I love you so much, Blaine." He whispered. "I'm all yours."
Blaine smiled softly against Kurt's lips. Kurt had said those words to him before, but now they were real. Kurt was really his. "I love you too." He breathed.
