It was a cold and chilly filled night at the peters house  it was quiet .. too quiet which meant that Reggie wasn't home yet

In fact, Reggie was 10 minutes late

Bruce Reggie's father had his eyes glued to the front door waiting like a hawk waiting for his prey

" Martha where in God's name is that boy ". He shouted at his wife

she sighs heavily before turning to her husband with arms folded

" I don't fucking know he should have been here by now "

Bruce glared at the door once more waiting for the arrival of his bastard of a son to come home.

When suddenly the door opened  a very cheery Reggie entered his home smiling brightly

" he shouldn't be so happy," Bruce thought to himself as he glared at  Reggie with pure hatred 

" where the fuck have been young man ?" his mother shouted making Reggie started as he jumped holding his chest as he looked at his parents as saw their faces he knew what comes next and he is completely terrified

" she asked you a damn question boy !! where the fuck have you been " his father shouted in Reggie face making Reggie cry slightly

He just looked at him seeing the tears he just chuckled at him

" oh come on be a man and just so you know men don't cry ever boy " his father hissed out at him still glaring daggers at him

" now Reginald where were you ?" Martha asked him again

Reggie looked down at the ground
Too afraid to look into her eyes
He knew she wouldn't like his answer as hates anything he likes

" band practice " he mumbled

His mother rolled her eyes

" what was that Reginald... I couldn't hear you Because of the mumbling  And know how I hate the mumbling " she told him

" I said band practice," he said as his voice cracked slightly

Both of his parents shared the same look the look of pure disgust  Because ever since Reggie had made that stupid band Reggie had been nothing but happy and smiling all the time and disgusts them.

His Mother slowly came up to him  before slapping him hard across the face glaring daggers into Reggie's eyes as if she was the hawk and he was her prey
