*Julie finds a letter that her mom wrote to her before she died and Alex is there to comfort her*

Julie was going through some of her mom's stuff
She was just going through it
Like she always did when
She saw something new
As she picked it up she that it was an envelope
Staring at the letter for a moment
That's when she saw the handwriting of her mom's cursive writing then she saw her name neatly written On the top of the envelope.
She slowly debating with herself
She wasn't sure if she should open it but her mom wanted her to
Open it but she was too scared to see what her mom had left for her
She slowly opened the envelope reading over it carefully.

"Dear, Julie
I love you I know you might feel lost in this world without me but please don't give up
don't let yourself stop what you love
just Because am know longer there doesn't mean I am not without I'll be there
Please Jules don't give up
take care of Carlos and father
for me
Love, MOM ❤️

Julie read the letter over and over again her tears streaming down her face
she felt awful she never went to see her mom when she was in
the hospital dying
It just hurt too much to see her hero
going through so much pain
She couldn't face her mom...
so when she read the letter
it brought back all those painful memories
Those painful last few moments of her finally having to say goodbye
She let out a sob as she cried into the letter hugging it tightly in her arms not wanting to let it go
" Julie ?"
She didn't even move or respond she let out another hard and painful sob
As she felt Alex's arms wrap around her pulling her into his chest tightly
" your okay everything going to be okay " he whispered softly
She cried Harder into him
As he was petting her hair softly calming her down
she stayed there in his warm embrace
" thank you, Alex," she said in a shaky voice
He gave her a small smile
" anything for you Julie "
