Julie sat there in tears holding her now-deceased husband's hand it was cold

His once-warm hands were as cold as ice

His loving beautiful hazel eyes

Now was empty   ' They would never  look upon her again

He would never love her again

" This can't be real, this has to be a joke," she asked the doctors over and over again

The doctors looked at one another  seeing the grief strike newly widow  they knew what to do I mean this wasn't their First time dealing with a widow wife's

" I am truly sorry miss but it's real if I may I have multiple widows who say this helps them grieve. Maybe you try it ?"

The doctor wanted to facepalm at the nurse's attempt to try and help her

Julie wiped away her tears her eyes now red and puff from crying so much

" what is it ?" Julie ask somberly

The doctor stood shocked as the nurse gave a sad smile at her

It's officially been a week without you one full week without hearing. Your gorgeous voice  one full week without your touch
I feel like I can't breathe without you  here I am constantly sick  it truly sucks that you're not here with me
I still can't believe you're truly gone

Julie just stared at the positive test in her hand tears streaming down her face both from shock And happiness but also fear how was she supposed to do this without him by her side

" I can't do this by myself," she thinks to herself as she begins to cry harder but this time out of fear for her unborn baby.

" Jules are you alright in there ?" it was Reggie's voice full of nothing but concern for her

She quickly wipes away her tears and slowly opens the bathroom door upon seeing her tear cheeks  he embraces her tightly 

"What's wrong ?"

Julie's sighs before handing Reggie the positive test

His eyes widen slightly before sighing in relief and embracing her once more taking her by surprise.

" It's alright Jules I am here for you okay "
