Joshua's POV:
"Joshua, wake up we're here," I heard Olivia say, rubbing my arm. I hate how even after everything that's happened I still get affected by her touch.
"Sorry for falling asleep," I replied.
"It's all good. Everyone else has left the plane, I just thought you probably wanted the sleep fi you fell asleep so quickly.
So she still cares about me...
"Thank you," I said, smiling softly.
"Yep, of course. Ok well we need to go so we're not late to meet the cast," Olivia replied, standing up and getting our suitcases out from above our seats.
"By the way, do you know any of the cast members?" I asked, getting out of my seat and following Olivia down the aisle.
"Uh I don't actual. I'm sure they'll be nice, though."
"Well I'm just thankful I don't have to play love interest with a stranger."
"I kind of am too. I guess it means we're somewhat comfortable around each other."
"And we know we have chemistry so I'm happy about that."
We got our luggage and then exited to airport, looking for the car that's supposed to take everyone to the apartments.
"Oh my god," I heard Olivia mutter.
"What?"
"Olivia!"
"Sofia! Oh my god I missed you so much!"
Wait what?! I looked to my right and saw the entire High School Musical: The Musical: The Series cast waiting outside the car.
I ran towards them and joined the group hug.
"I can't believe we're gonna be working together!" Olivia said, jumping up and down excitedly. I love how she still does that.
"So how have you guys been?" I asked.
"Everyone stopped talking with Olivia and looked at me.
"Uh pretty good. How about you?" Sofia asked, polite as always.
"So how have you and Lily been doing?" Dara asked, crossing her arms across her chest.
"Really great, yeah. I love her and I think this will work ou-"
"Seriously Josh? Sofia asked that to be polite. We don't need you talking about just how much you love the girl you cheated on Liv with," Matt cut me off.
"Um, how about we all get in the car and head to the apartments?" Olivia cut in, trying to stop an argument from starting.
Everyone piled into the car and took their seats.
"Liv, your new song 'drivers license' is just so freaking amazing," Julia said.
"Aww thank you. You have no idea what that means to me," Olivia replied.
"Who's it about?" Frankie asked, buckling his seatbelt.
Olivia briefly looked at me before replying, "Um well I don't think the specifics matter in that sense. Ya know? It's more about the song itself and less about the drama behind it."
"I mean we all know it's about Josh and Lily so" Dara said sassily.
Olivia looked at me with pity in her eyes before turning to the window and resting her head against it, closing her eyes.
