ahhhh first it was #1 in jolivia, then #1 in rini , then #1 in highschoolmusicalthemusicaltheseries, the #1 in liv, and now it's #1 in hsmtmts !!!! how is this real!!

olivia's pov:
josh texted me saying he's five minutes away and im freaking out. i can't stop walking around the apartment and cleaning things to get my mind off of it.
as i was cleaning the kitchen counters for the 3rd time, i hear the door open and close.
"liv?" josh called.
"i'm in the kitchen!"
"do you want to sit on the sofa?"
"sure," i sighed.
i sat as far away from him as i could.
"can you please just come here," josh asked, holding his arms out for a hug.
i moved towards him and relaxed into his hug. i hate how i can't resist him.
"i don't like when you lie to me. and specifically when you lie to me about hanging out with another girl. especially when that other girl is lily," i said softly.
"i know, liv, i know and i'm so sorry," josh apologized, matching my tone.
"you know i'm sensitive about this type of stuff. i don't want to be some crazy posessive girlfriend, it's just hard to have full trust in situations like these."
"i can promise you, you are not some crazy posessive girlfriend. and i should've thought it through more. i was an idiot and only considered myself. you have no idea how sorry i am," he said, kissing the top of my head.
"just promise me you'll stop keeping things from me? when you lie to me like you've been doing, it makes it seem like you're doing something wrong."
"i get that. i'd feel the same way if i were you. i'll stop hanging out with her."
"no, you don't have to just block her out your life like that. you can if you want to, but that might come across as a bit of a dick move and i'll feel incredibly guilty. please just start telling me when you guys are gonna hang out."
"i can do that, that's valid."
"and maybe stop the excuses? i mean babe you told me you were walking your dog. you don't even have a dog!" i exclaimed, making us both burst out laughing.
"yeah that was a pretty shitty excuse, huh?"
"yep! it sucked," i paused before continueing, "let's just move past this," i said, hugging him tighter.
"i am more than ok with that. i love you."
"i love you two," i said, leaning up to kiss him.
a comfrotable silence fell apon us as i traced circle on his chest.
"also can we get chipotle?" josh asked, breaking the silence and making me burst out laughing.
"that's what you're thinking about right now?!"
"mhm! your boy's hungry," he joked.
"alright, come on big baby," i sighed, getting up from the coach.
"you know you love me."
"that i do."

1 week later
lily's pov:
josh hasn't been answering my calls since a week ago when we went to the movie theatre.
i get he's hanging out with his stupid new girlfriend, but like come on. i'm better than her! yeah, they have history and were honestly more in love then we were, but it's still annoying. he can't save one day to hang out with me? also that olivia girl has some serious trust issues. sure he cheated on her with me, but who cares! just move on, bitch!
there's also one tiny thing: i think i still love josh.
and as long as olivia's in the picture, we will never get back together. which means they need to split up. which means i need some sort of plan. the sneaking around didn't work, so what will?
lie to her? no, no that won't work. um pick up the phone and say "josh is in the shower"? eh that's too predictable.
oh.. i've got it. how did i not think of this in the first place?!
