"Y/N are you going to stay for awhile longer?" Daichi asked seeing Y/N who was still in her practice gear.
"Yeah. Leave the keys on my bag. I'll lock up and open up tomorrow morning." She says as she sips from her water bottle.
"Okay but don't stay up too late!" Daichi yells back before he leaves with Suga, Nishinoya, Tanaka, Hinata and Kageyama.
"Yeah sure." She mumbles.

Daichi walked to the gym along with Asahi for morning practice. He widened his eyes as he ducked just as a volleyball came towards him at an alarming speed. A loud sound ricocheted through the gym as the ball hit the metal door.
"Okay whose spike was that?" Daichi asked and eyes trailed over to a black haired female.
She seemed to pay attention as she turned to Yachi.
"How long?"
"From approach point to spiking, 10 seconds." Yachi says as she writes it down in the notebook.
"Once more. Kageyama another toss, try below minus tempo." Y/N says and Kageyama nods.
"Y/N what are you doing?" Daichi asked approaching her as the others went back to practice.
"Oh me? I'm trying to increase the speed of my approach point and spiking." She says as Daichi watches her go to her approach point and Yachi threw the ball to Kageyama.
Kageyama tossed the ball but the female was already in air, her form perfect, arms drawn back with the curve in her back. In a moment, Daichi felt his breathe hitch as he watched her eyes narrow into slits before she spiked.
A gust of wind goes past Nishinoya who was on the other side of court. The ball landed on his right with a band and he almost flinched.
"Nishinoya you good?" Y/N asked as she stood to her feet.
"Yep!" Nishinoya gave a thumbs up and she turned to Yachi.
"Time?"
"6.5 seconds!" Yachi said happily as Y/N gave a fist bump to Kageyama who was confused for a moment.
"We did it Kags! Noya! Yachi!" Y/N smiled but her eyes never brightened up like it used to.
Something that Nishinoya and Daichi noticed.
They should've talked to her more back then.

"Again late practice?" Sugawara asked her, as Y/N nodded and threw a ball up before hitting it over the net.
"Don't overwork yourself." Ennoshita said concerned for the girl.
