"A match with Date Tech?" Y/N says as she leans back on her seat, a lollipop in her mouth.
"Coach said that it was a practice match and to help with our blocks." Tanaka shrugged as he stood in front of her against a desk.
"I don't wanna go, it's too cold in that area." She whines as she leans her chin on her palm.
"Y/N, don't be like that, come on." Tanaka said and the girl grimaced.
"Ryu~ can't you guys go without me?" She smiled but the look Tanaka gave her made her drop the smile as she groans, slumping forward on her desk.
That was how she was being dragged to Date Tech High with the rest of the team. Coach Ukai had decided that the team would walk there. In this cold weather. She almost cried when she arrives at school and saw now bus.
"This is betrayal! Stingy!" She yelled at Ukai whilst the team sighed.
"Dazai, the bus is only for away games." Takeda sighed as he tried to calm down the girl.
"It's cold! That's reason enough." She whined.
Asahi, Sugawara, Daichi, Ennoshita and Tanaka shared knowing looks. They knew this was gonna happen. One thing that the team didn't know was that Dazai Y/N, hated long distance walks during winter. She hated going out in winter in general. So when Date Tech scheduled the game to be early morning till evening on one of the colder days of the week, they knew that she would behave like this.
She walks slowly, Ennoshita, Kinoshita and Narita accompanying her, walking at her place while the others were walking ahead of them. They weren't that far ahead since they were busy talking and also, out of consideration for the Second Year girl who they felt kinda pity for.
"Asahi-san! You're not scared of them anymore, are you?" Nishinoya asked Asahi as they walked.
"They're the best opponents we could ask for." Asashi says with a thumb up as Nishinoya looks at him in admiration. Asahi looks ahead as he finished his words, "There's also a few things I wanna try out."
"Honestly, Azumane-" Daichi was cut off by four figures running pass him and everyone else, as well as Takeda and Ukai. Everyone was quiet for a moment as they stood still.
"That was Y/N, Narita, Kinoshita and Ennoshita, right?" Tanaka asks in general.
"....Yeah." Sugawara blankly said before everyone shared glances and ran after the four.
"Oi! Don't run!" Ukai yelled as he chased after the boys who had run after the other four. Takeda groaned before running after them as well.
Currently, Y/N was crouching outside the entrance of Date Tech with Ennoshita, Kinoshita and Narita as the others were panting and huffing.
"Thanks for the idea, Narita." Y/N grins at him.
"You said you were cold and running kinda warms up your body, so I figured we could run." The guy shrugged.
