Y/N sits on the beach as she watches the waves and the smell of the ocean. After a long day at the beach everyone went back to the hotel, the beach was empty, isolated as she was sitting on the sand, her shoes by her side. Her green eyes watch the waves clash against each other, the white dress that she was wearing sprawled around her as her knees were drawn to her chest. She closes her eyes as she could hear and smell the familiar ocean that she had grown to love.

The ocean always held a special place in her heart. It reminded her of the part of her that she lost. The ocean was her comfort. It made her at peace. Made her hope that somewhere he was also watching it. It was small things that gave her strength to move forward. To survive. It had been so long since she had felt so at peace. So calm.

"I gave all of the love I saved to you. You set the whole world on fire but never let a single flame touch. You protected me, held me, loved me. Your touch is what made my heart beat loudly, my name from your lips sounded like the melody that connected our hearts. The fire that your touch spread through my body gave me life." She bit her bottom lip as she spoke, eyes closed.

"I have no more love left to spend, you made me addicted to you. I got addicted to a losing game. The warmth you gave me is something I will never forget but I also know that," She opened her eyes as they looked at the stars reflecting off the ocean surface.

"All I know that, loving you is a losing game." She stood up and walked towards the ocean. Her shoes left behind on the sand as the cool air made her sigh. She made her way deeper into the water until it reached just below her knees, wetting the ends of her dress slightly.

Bokuto didn't know why he was even outside just before dinner. He didn't why his feet were taking him towards the beach. He simply followed his instinct and walked towards the beach. He was in a pair of jeans, a black t-shirt and along with a denim jacket as he walked upon the sand.

He felt his breathe hitch as his eyes widened at the sight before him. The sound of the waves was all that could heard, the cool night wind accompanied by the smell of ocean was all that could smelt and heard. But it wasn't the sound nor the smell that had made him so still.

It was the female in the white dress standing in the water, her black hair around her the tops ending just above the water, as the water touched her dress ever so lightly. The moon causing a soft color and light to be cast on her face and skin. The rosiness of her cheeks no doubt caused by the cool air as her glossed lips were shining ever so lightly.

Bokuto let out a soft breathe as he felt his heart race. This feeling was the same that he felt whenever he was exhilarated from the feeling of the volleyball against his hand. No, this was much more heart throbbing. He felt like his heart would jump out of his chest. Bokuto had never felt such a strong emotion before, his heart had never beat so wildly just by looking at someone. Until now.
