Daichi informs the Coach that Karasuno would be serving first and Johzenji chose to receive because they won the toss.
"Daichi." Y/N called when they were about to go on the court. As the five others went to the court, Daichi stood infront of Y/N as she called him out.
"Yes Y/N?"
"Johzenji is unpredictable and their plays may seem a fluke but they aren't. I observed them before so be careful of their impulsive plays." She warns Daichi about their opponent team.
"Don't worry we'll be alright! After we aren't going to be afraid of them so easily." Daichi said and Y/N wanted to say more but the whistle blew and she held her tongue.
"Just stay alert."
"Yeah."
Asahi served the ball and it was received by Johzenji #7 but it was off course. #11 received it in time and Terushima ran to the end line and Y/N narrowed her eyes when he jumped, spinning the glint in his almond eyes caught her attention. His hand swung and in one swift motion he spiked the ball to the corner of Karasuno's court catching off guard.
"You are kidding." Asahi said in surprise.
'I warned Daichi. Next time actually listen to my advice you moron Captain.' She thought as Johzenji earned the point.
Bobata, Johzenji #2, serves the ball and Asahi receives it. Kageyama positioned himself and tosses the ball to Tanaka who spiked it.
It would've earned a point if Johzenji didn't receive it. Although it was off in its course however at the last moment #3 used his foot and got the ball up, barely, causing another player from the back to spike it. Point to Johzenji.
"It isn't a fluke." Y/N said suddenly causing Sugawara and the others outside the court look at her in surprise.
"What?"
"Its not a fluke, if that's what you are thinking. Johzenji relies on unexpectedness and uncertainty. Its their way of playing." Y/N explains and they are in deep thought regarding her words.
Johzenji serves and the ball went to the left, forward corner. Letting out a sound frustration Tanaka ran and dug the ball up, miraculously but it was not received well causing it to go towards the wall. Surprisingly, Hinata jumped in time, his foot stretched as his hand got the ball towards the court.
However, yells of concern were voiced out as Hinata went closer to the wall and Hinata, himself was worried as to what to do.
"Shoyo remember the trick I did that day!" Y/N yelled and Hinata's eyes widend in remembrance.
"Senpai be careful!" Kageyama had yelled out when one of the blocks had gone out of bounds and towards the walls during Tokyo Camp.
Y/N got the ball back to court and as she approached dangerously close to the wall, she used her feet to apply pressure on the wall before landing on her left foot and then her right.
