Chapter 1

No one's POV

"Yuri? Yuri... YURI!" 

"Huh? Were you talking to me?" 

Yuri looked at Ms. Kim with clueless eyes.

"Dear, you zoned out again. Are you okay?" 

"Yes, of course!" the girl replied. 

She never paid attention in class. But it wasn't her fault. She just couldn't. She felt like there was something missing in her everyday life, but she didn't know what.

After class finished, Yuri waited for her friend outside. 

"Hey, Hana, wanna walk home together today?" 

Hana looked at her bff with apologizing eyes. "Sorry, no can do. Hyerin set me up on a blind date, so I gotta hurry and take the bus." 

Yuri shrugged and smiled, "Oh, it's okay. Enjoy your date. Tell me what happened afterwards." She turned around and lifted up her hand to say 'bye'.

The walk home was really lonely. Yuri normally wasn't such a social person, but with Hana, she felt like somebody understood her. But that wasn't her fault. She was just different from the others. She was going to enter her house, when suddenly she felt like someone was watching her. She looked behind her and saw no one. But her mailbox's flap was moving. She pulled out the keys to her mailbox and opened it. There was an envelope, with no address on, but a vial containing some blue liquid was attached to it. She frowned, took the envelope, and went into her house.

After having a shower and eating, Yuri sat down on the small sofa in her living room, with the envelope in her hand. She opened it and found a little letter in it.

Dear Yuri,

I know you're struggling in your university. But that's because you are with normal human beings. I know you feel like you're different. Well, you are. And now it's time for you to go back to where you belong: The Treasure Island.

Yuri sat up, her eyes wide open. She knew exactly what this person was talking about.

This letter has been sent to you so that you join the "Inner Gem Academy". Please do not refuse. I am doing this for your own good. You can do things that humans can't even imagine. It would be a pity to waste those powers, don't you think?

Powers? Who does this person think he/she is?

Drink the liquid in the vial to teleport to Treasure Island. Trust me, it will be alright.

Yuri didn't know what to do. This man, Kim Jiwon, knew that she could do things others can't do. Yuri had promised her parents that no one would know this secret. It was their last wish, and Yuri intended to fulfil it. So, if some random guy who thinks he knows her is just gonna try to mess up her life by "helping" her, she would definitely kick his ass. She looked at the vial. A part of her was telling her to throw it away, and the other part was telling her drink it.

At last, she decided to take her phone in one hand, and the vial in the other. She would call the emergency services and say she's drunk poison if she doesn't teleport after drinking the liquid. She looked hesitantly at the vial, then gulped down the liquid in a second. Nothing happened. Her eyes became wider. She turned on her phone and typed down the emergency number. She was going to press the "call" button when she started to feel a tingling sensation in her stomach.

Then she felt like all her organs were floating in her body, and her feet were no longer on the ground. She looked around in panic but nothing else was moving. Suddenly, she felt like someone pushed her super hard and she landed on the side of the Earth. Then she fainted.

"Whoa hyung, she's so pretty!"

"Shut up, you'll wake her up!"

"How old do you think she is?"

"Dude, look, she's waking up!"

Yuri heard voices all around her. They all sounded like guys. She opened her eyes, and- OMG, they were all so good-looking! There were a dozen guys sitting around the bed she was lying in. Wait, bed? This was NOT her bed, and how did so many boys get here? Where was she?
