"Come on, Junkyu, we need to talk," Hyunsuk whispered, afraid that he would wake Yuri.
Junkyu looked up, his eyes encircled by dark rings. He had stayed a few hours with Yuri in the sick bay, where she still lay unconscious.
Junkyu got up, and walked towards the older boy, looking down.
"What actually happened?" asked Mashiho, after the two had reached the living room.
Junkyu sat down, then looked at everybody with apologizing eyes.
"It all happened so suddenly. I had a dreadful headache, and seconds later, I felt like there was a weird thing in my head, giving me orders. It told me to attack Yuri, I don't know why I listened to it!"
"That's because you were too weak to refuse!" snapped Jihoon, his eyes becoming narrower than ever.
Junkyu looked like he would instantly burst into tears and avoided eye-contact with his best friend. But Jihoon continued mercilessly:
"If you had only been careful, not messing around like an idiot, you could have resisted. Now look what you did to Yuri, especially when we are having all these problems with Jisoo noona!"
Yoshi put a hand on Jihoon's shoulder.
"Relax, Jihoon-ah. He was being controlled. How could he have known?"
Jihoon shook his hand off but didn't say anything else. He stood up and marched out of the room.
"He'll be okay!" assured Yoshi, smiling lightly.
He then turned to Asahi, and said, "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
The latter nodded and reached for his spell book. He opened it and started flipping through various pages.
"What are you guys talking about?" asked Jaehyuk.
Asahi spoke up.
"I think somebody was manipulating Junkyu's mind, as he experienced a headache before, then collapsed, because he had never been controlled before."
"So, you're saying the person who did it wanted to hurt Yuri noona?" asked Doyoung, who was extremely fond of Yuri.
"I think so."
"But it couldn't be Jisoo noona, cuz she doesn't have the power to do it," confirmed Asahi.
"Who else could it be?" asked Haruto.
There was long silence. Then Junghwan spoke up.
"Somebody amongst us."
Everybody was a little shocked at that. But it could be true. They decided not to talk about it more and discuss it finally with Yuri when she wakes up.
They all resumed what they were doing, and Asahi continued to read his book. Haruto turned to Jeongwoo. He knew his friend had been having these weird headaches the last few days and was worried about him.
"How are you feeling now, Jeongwoo-ah?"
"It's much better now," he replied, smiling.
Yedam sighed in relief.
"Better go check on Yuri," he said, getting up.
-----
Jihoon was sitting beside Yuri's bed, his face buried in his hands.
Yuri tossed from one side to another, which alerted Jihoon. He lifted his head. Yuri opened her eyes.
"What happened?" Her voice sounded weak and drained.
"A lot. How are you feeling?"
"Weird. I remember a blue light, and there was also Junkyu."
Jihoon sighed.
"Where are the others?"
"In the living room."
Yuri sat up, and tried to get up, when Jihoon pulled her down.
"You sure you can walk?"
"Pft! Do I really look that weak to you all? Just like the first time we met!"
Jihoon smiled to himself.
Yuri got up, and walked out of the room, followed by her friend.
-----
Halfway towards the sick bay, Yedam felt suddenly nauseous. He looked around, and his vision started to become blurry.
Feeling like he was going to collapse, he tried to lean on the walls, except that it felt like they were moving away from him.
A sudden headache hit him, and he blacked out.
"She was right."
"We should have listened."
"Everything is out of hand now."
He saw a woman lying on the ground.
Her face was nothing but a blur. Although, he knew without any doubt who she was...
"YAH! Bang Yedam! Wake up!"
Yedam opened his eyes, his cheeks stinging from a slap he just received. He saw Jihoon on his knees, and Yuri standing behind him.
"How the hell can you fall asleep in the corridors?" Jihoon snickered.
But Yuri looked worried.
"You okay, Yedam-ah? You seem really tired!"
"Huh? Uh-um...yeah...sure. I don't know what happened. I probably didn't drink enough water and just fainted, hehe," Yedam said sheepishly.
"Or maybe your extreme stupidity brought you down," suggested Jihoon, still chuckling, then, got a punch on his shoulder from Yuri.
Yedam suddenly remembered what had happened to Yuri before.
"Hey, Yuri-ah, you feeling okay now?"
"Never been better. Let's go now." She reached out her hand and helped Yedam up.
They walked back to the living room, which by the way, still looked like Satan's palace.
