Episode: Code Breaker

Thaís yawned, rubbing her fingers through her puffy eyes; she was exhausted, but she still didn't want to leave Lydia. The emotional distress she had endured earlier was starting to take a toll.

A hand smoothed against her back, "You need to rest."

She shook her head at her boyfriend, "I can't."

Asher frowned at the upset girl, caressing her tired face, "You can't just not sleep."

"Something is going on with her," Thaís whispered, staring at her friend through the window. Lydia had gone in and out of shock for the past hour, and it was freaking her out. She turned to Asher and gave him a sad smile, "You can go home and sleep if you would like. I'll stay with my mom."

"Not a chance." Asher rebutted, knowing he had signed his sentence, "Look, I'm gonna get you something to drink." He got up from his seat as soon as he got confirmation.

As he rounded the corner, the elevator chimed, catching her attention. Thaís hoped that it would be Scott or Stiles, both. But who came out was none other than Allison Argent.

She didn't even look in her direction; Her gaze was locked on the hospital room where Lydia rested, the distress growing as she inched closer. Visions of the room and a strawberry blonde covered in blood played inside her mind. The person lying there was her friend, and now that she had been bitten, it was unclear if she would die or become a beast... like Scott.

A hand was placed on the glass, making her gasp as the vision inside her mind became violent - Lydia squirmed on her bed like some type of rabid animal.

"Hey," Thaís whispered, walking behind her.

Immediately, the terrified girl spun around and found herself face-to-face with somebody she didn't want to see. Her gaze grew cold, "Get away from me."

It took the other girl by surprise, "What -"

"I know." Allison sneered aggressively, making the latter freeze, "I know about Scott and I know about you. My boyfriend and one of my friends have been lying straight to my face." Her eyes watered. "All those times when you told me he was just having a crisis, that he was going to come around, you were just covering up for lies."

Thaís felt her eyes flood with tears again, "You have to understand, Alli."

"That you and Scott are monsters?" The latter condemned, disgusted, but at the same time, she didn't think her own words felt sincere. She had gotten to know and adore the smart girl who teased her about her relationship, a girl who seemed like she couldn't hurt a fly. It was hard to believe she was this person the entire time, that she was evil.

Unexpectedly, her words triggered a sense of familiarity in Thaís, as if these words had already been spoken to her once. Tears streamed down her face. As if her heart had been broken for the second time by Allison Argent, "Monsters?" She whispered, feeling her heart compress inside her chest at the cruel and clueless statement, "Allison, I didn't ask for this."

"Neither did I." The eldest commented with her tears, backing away from Thaís. She pointed toward the hospital window - At the wounded strawberry-blonde, "And neither did Lydia."
