Episode: Second Chance at First Line
Stiles had parked his Jeep in front of Derek's old home - We watched as the older werewolf climbed onto his dark-colored Camaro and turned it on, the engine roaring loudly before he sped away into the woods behind his dilapidated home. As soon as he was out of sight, the Jeep crept closer; its lights turned down. As it did so, I couldn't help but feel the odd familiarity wash over me - I had been here before. The night of my first full moon, which I barely remember much of, but what I do remember is being here and seeing the destruction of the house burning. The family, who I now assume are the Hales, still alive and screaming. The heat of the fire and the smell of the smoke.
Truly horrifying.
The three of us clambered down from the Jeep, shovels in hands. I held the turned-on flashlight close to my body, feeling disoriented by how dark it had become for me. Stiles shut the door behind me swiftly, walking toward the home, beside me. I shined the light all around, feeling like someone was nearby, but I couldn't see anything. We moved in closer to a mound of dirt - It was as if a hole had been filled up.
"Wait, something's different," Scott interrupted the silence, making us puzzled.
I glanced at Scott, "What do you mean different?"
"I don't know." We rounded the dirt hill, where he smelled the body, and my sense of smell quickly picked up a strange smell. Metallic, like blood, but it had some sort of twist. Like a dog and something else that made it unique and also somewhat nauseating. It was genuinely inexpiable. My nose scrunched, and glanced over at Scott; we exchanged looks of disgust. The shaggy-haired boy sighed and dug his shovel into the dirt, "Let's just get this over with."

Who knows how long the trio had been digging a hole - It felt like an eternity, but Thaís knew that, realistically, it had only been at least 30 minutes. Stiles had turned on his Jeep lights to ensure they could see better since the girl was too busy digging to hold the flashlight. Also, the hole had gotten too deep to see into it.
"This is taking way too long." The shaggy-haired friend groaned with annoyance, saying what the other two had all been thinking but were too tired to say. He threw dirt back with his shovel.
"Shut up, just keep going," Stiles ordered, not stopping to look at the two.
Thaís huffed tiredly. As she was doing so, a thought zoomed into her head, making her eyes widen with fear, "Wait, what if he comes back?" Her hands tightened around the wooden pole of the shovel. She looked behind her, paranoid of the idea, "He could kill us and dig us up here too. I don't want to die."
It was only this time that Stiles paused and looked at her compassionately. "Thai, we can protect each other. Scott can just stay with his friend." He assured her, sending a playful look toward his other friend. The girl felt her heart quicken and her cheeks flushed after she heard his words. He doesn't like you, Thaís. Stop this.
Scott's eyebrows knit together upon hearing thundering heartbeats, and he turned to see his friend standing there, flustered. His lips curled upward into a teasing smirk. Upon noticing this, the girl turned a brighter shade of pink that shined through the dirt on her face. Her eyes narrowed, making his grin extend as he proceeded to keep on digging. "Ouch." He hissed as he felt something hard hit him against the top of his head. His eyes glanced upward, and he saw Thaís snickering inaudibly while throwing a pile of dirt back. He huffed, smirking, "Okay, but seriously - What if Derek does come back?"
