Episode: Lunatic

There was nothing that could describe the annoyance Stiles was feeling against Scott. He had such a hard time admitting it to her because he was upset at his best friend, but it wasn't hard to assume that he was going through hell right now.

The cold brought goosebumps to her skin, lying on the roof outside her window. Staring at a cloudy sky, an opaque light glowing behind them. What if I finally shifted and hurt someone? Will the Alpha find us? Her eyes closed, imagining horrific scenarios of how tonight would play out. In the middle, other thoughts resurfaced, making her frown. Two familiar faces started to break her mind, like the moon through the clouds.

"Hey, how are you feelin'?" Her body shot up, and she glanced inside her room. Her mother stood at the doorway. The woman's lips pouted, making her way toward the window. "What are you doing out there?"

Thaís sighed, "Thinking."

"About?"

A hesitant pause, confusion etched on her face, "Life and boys?" This resulted in an awkward silence from her mother.

"Life and boys?" She whispered, taken aback by her daughter's words, before walking toward the window and leaning on the ledge of the windowsill, "That's a handout."

The girl snickered. "Tell me about it..."

"Wanna talk about it?"

More hesitation, "I was just thinking about Stiles..."

The mother's lips twisted, remembering when she met the boy after the worrisome situation at Beacon Hills High School. "Stiles? What about him?"

"I just feel bad because the girl he likes kissed someone else."

She frowned. "Oh, dear... What a heartbreak."

Thaís nodded. "Absolutely."

"And that is hurting you because you are friends? Or?"

"What?" Her eyes widened in surprise at her words, "Well, because we're friends."

Confusion crossed her expression, "You look like you are worried about something other than him being heartbroken over this girl." Thaís frowned, looking away from her. She couldn't answer those assumptions, considering she barely knew what she felt. She just knew it hurt sometimes... and sometimes she wanted to see him happy with whoever he wanted. "Do you like him?"

Her head snapped to look at Phoebe, again asking, "What?"

"If you like him, so what? I can see it - He seems like a nice guy."

"He is a very nice guy." She smiled and looked at her hands in the dark atmosphere. "But we're just friends."

"Just friends." Phoebe hummed, "How do you feel about him?"

"Honestly, we're friends..." The girl frowned, quirking an eyebrow as she remembered the array of feelings she experienced whilst being with Stiles Stilinski, "but the way I feel about him is hard to explain sometimes. It nags me."

"Do you think this is something you would talk to Stiles about, ever?"

Her round brown eyes widened. "Are you insane? No way -"

"Are you serious, Thaís?" Her mother asked, making the girl groan in annoyance, covering her cold face in utter defeat, causing the mother to roll her eyes. "So, you like Asher then."

"That's the confusing part; I really like him. A lot..."

The latter's eyebrows scrunched, "So, you like them both?" This caused the girl to pause, and guilt and shame ran through her body. "Hey, it's not terrible -" She looked at her mom like it was the most insane thing she'd heard.
