'Do you believe in love at first sight, or should I walk by again?'

"Can I open my eyes yet?", Eleanor asked, trying to take a peek at the place Mike bought her to through his crooked fingers that were covering her eyes.

"No!", Mike laughed, guiding Eleanor into an old cabin in the middle of the woods.

After Eleanor was cut-off by her dad, she decided to stay at the Wheelers' for a few days without Mike's parent's knowledge. But both Mike and Eleanor knew they were going to find out sooner or later, so Mike came up with a plan what he thought was a good idea.

"You do know she can't stay here forever, right?", Nancy asked her brother, gesturing to the brunette playing with their five-year-old sister in the next room.

"What do you expect me to do, huh? Let her beg on the streets? She's my girlfriend, Nance!", Mike barked, making Nancy's eyes go wide in shock.

"You know I-I didn't mean it that way.", she blinked, furrowing her brows at her brother.

"Yeah, I know. I'm s-sorry.", he sighed, seeming to calm down again.

"Jeez, Mike. I'm the one with the mood swings, not you.", Nancy chuckled, Mike joining along. He often forgot the fact that his sister is pregnant now.

"Speaking of my nephew, did you talk to mom and dad about the baby yet?", he asked curiously, pointing at her flat belly.

"No, but I did talk to Johnatan about it. He was all freaked out at first, but eventually, he became cool about it."

"That's great, Nance!"

"Yeah. Telling Mom and Dad is the biggest deal now."

"It is. Remember back in high school when mom and dad almost kicked you out of the house after they found out that you had sex with Steve Harrington?", Mike teased, wiggling his brows at her.

"Nana had my back though. I wish she were here to convince mom and dad like she always did.", Nancy sighed at the loving memory of the old women. That is when the idea popped into Mike's head. 'That'd be perfect', the thought.

"Hey, Nance?"

"Hmm?"

"Do you happen to have the key to nana's cabin?"

And that is how Mike ended up in the old cabin, with his arms wrapped around Eleanor's eyes, both giggling like idiots.

"Are we there yet?", an impatient Eleanor asked, giggling.

"Hang on, Muffin!", Mike chuckled before removing his palms from her eyes and positioning them on her shoulders. "TAA DAA!", he exclaimed as Eleanor continued to scan that place with excitement.

The cabin seemed old but clean. The walls were filled with cracks, fairy lights hanging over them. The hall had a small couch, an old lazy-boy and a mini tv which she figured Mike bought from his basement. It was connected to the kitchen which had a kettle and a toaster laying on the counter. Eleanor wiped her head around to find a brightly lit bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a small mirror hanging on the wall.
