'If beauty were time, you'd be an eternity.'

Living together was much easier than they thought it would've been. According to Mike and El, it was like a dream come true. I mean, who wouldn't want to wake up next to the person you love every morning. Their daily routine was quite simple. They would wake up in the afternoon (fortunately, they were on their spring break), fresh up, skipping breakfast and trying to make lunch but end up messing the whole thing and filling their stomach with junk food. They'd spend the rest of their day watching tv or making out or putting up a mini-concert. Mike would play his guitar and El would sing along, dancing clumsily.

"You play the guitar?!", Eleanor squealed, eyes glued to the fender that was held by the curly-haired boy.

"Yeah, I asked Nancy to drop it off this morning.", he knew he couldn't show up at his parent's house because he was off camping with his friends according to them. "Hey, and um Nancy wanted to talk to you about the wedding.", he informed making her nod in approval. Joyce managed to convince Karen and Ted to get Nancy to marry her son. They weren't happy about it though, they wanted to marry their daughter to a rich businessman with a big house, not a big heart like Johnathan's. But after they found out she was pregnant with his baby, they decided to give in.

"Okay, but can you play your guitar for me now? Please?"

"Anything for my baby muffin.", he grinned, sitting on the floor with his legs crisis crossed, positioning his guitar on his lap. El seated herself in front of him, hugging her knees to her chest and waiting for him to start playing anxiously.

She watched as he passed his prick through the strings delicately, clearing his throat before singing.

"You're insure, don't know what for
You're tuning heads when you walk through the do-o-or"

Eleanor almost fainted in the sound of his voice. It was so soft and melodious, it was like waffle to her ears. His face was filled with passion as he drowned himself into the music.

She jerked up the carpet, using her fist as her mic and singing along, twirling around clumsily.

"Baby you light up my world like nobody else
The way that you flip your hair gets me overwhelmed
But when you smile at the ground it ain't hard to tell
You don't know, oh oh
You don't know you're beautiful."

The next thing they enjoyed doing were prank wars. Well, not everyone can enjoy being fooled around or scared half to death, can they?

"El, can you do me a favour?", Mike asked the petite girl who was on his back, arms wrapped around his neck, legs wrapped around his torso, chin rested on the top of his unruly curls as they strolled through the woods.

Eleanor nodded, humming in response.

"I think there's a spider stuck in my hair, will you get it out for me baby?", he asked innocently, letting go of her legs knowing that she's going to jump off his back. And Mike wasn't wrong.
