Chapter 15

Dumbledore was standing outside the door with buck beak and Professor McGonigall. They were talking about Grace's situation
Severus and Grace walked up and she had a hold of Severus' left hand. While Severus' right arm was holding her shoulder.
"Good evening Grace." Said Professor McGonigall, she had a small smile on her face,
"Good evening professor." Grace replied, she smiled back.
Dumbledore was sorting the trunk on buck beak.
"Professor Dumbledore will we meet you at Spinners end?" Severus asked and Dumbledore nodded. He held out his hand for Grace and she held it.
Severus created a stepping stool and he let Grace stand on it. She climbed on to buck beak. Severus followed and made the stepping stool disappear. Buck beak was ready to go so Dumbledore and McGonigall stood back.
Buck beak started to run, ready to fly. The sky showed the sparkling stars and the moon shone through the clouds. As buck beak moved his wings, the feathers created a shine on the tips.
A long flight was a head and Severus say behind Grace and she fell asleep. Her head lay on Severus' shoulder with her arms crossed and Severus' hands held hers. Severus kissed her forehead and he smiled.
While flying, Severus watched the stars sparkle. He thought about the new baby that Grace was carrying and what Draco would think. Grace started to awaken and she looked up.
"Father how far are we from home?" She asked, but still half asleep,
"Not far now." Severus replied, Grace sat up and she patted buck beaks head. She turned her head and smiled at Severus. He smiled back but it slowly disappeared. Grace turned her head the normal way and there was a dark figure lurking around them. Severus pulled out his wand and tried to attack but it no use. Lord Voldermort had returned to seek where they were.
Severus made a circle around buck beak and he said a spell that made them invisible. Voldermort disappeared.
"Father why is he after us?" Grace asked,
"I don't know. We'll tell Professor Dumbledore when we get home." Severus replied, buck beak flew over the Spinner's End sign.
Professor Dumbledore was standing at the back gate of Faith Cottage. The cottage where Severus and Grace lived. Buck beak started to lower, the further they got. Just before reaching the next cottage buck beak landed. Severus jumped off buck beak and he waved his wand for Grace. She stepped off.
"Professor Dumbledore, on our way here we had a little in counter of you-know-who. He has been following us for sometime." Severus said, Grace walked over to Severus and Dumbledore.
Severus started to walk away and he took the trunk off buck beak. He walked over with the trunk and he unlocked the door.
"Grace, Professor if you would please come in here. Buck beak can wait in the small garden." Severus said, Dumbledore walked through the door and Grace walked over to Severus. She held his held his hand and Severus looked at both hands held by hers. He pulled her in and gave her a hug. She smiled and kissed Severus on the cheek.
"Come on, we need to go in." Severus said and Grace nodded.
Severus kept his left hand on Graces left shoulder and Grace held his left hand that hung down. Dumbledore was sitting in Grace's mothers chair. When Grace walked in she felt betrayal.
Grace walked upstairs and took a blanket out of the chest and she took it downstairs. She sat on the sofa with it over her legs. Severus sat in his chair.
"Professor how will I get my assignments again?" Grace asked,
"I will send them by owl. All of the teachers will be told to give me your assignments. But they won't be told of your situation." Dumbledore replied, Severus looked confused, "Severus? you look confused, why?"
"Just... how will she know what to do?" He asked,
"Well Severus... the teacher will write down what they have to do on the piece of paper that the assignment is wrote on. Grace will then finish the assignment and send it in by owl. I will have to get another potions teacher." Dumbledore continued.
Dumbledore stood up and shook Severus' hand and he then shook Grace's hand. Dumbledore then disappeared but as he was disappearing he cast a spell. Voldermort could not come into the area and he could not touch Grace or Severus.
"Father I'm tired, I think I'm going to go to bed." Grace said,
"Okay my daughter." Severus replied and Grace walked up to him. She kissed him on the cheek. She pulled away and started to walk upstairs.
She got changed into her pyjamas and she pulled the bed sheet down. Grace climbed into bed and she turned the lamp off. She fell into a deep sleep not long after and she began to dream.
"-kill me NOW!-" someone said,
"Fine. Arvada kedavra." Voldermort said, Draco flew in the air. Voldermort started to walk over to Draco but Severus stood in front of Voldermort and Grace ran to Draco.
"Don't you dare touch my daughter! If you do I shall kill you!" Severus shouted. Voldermort stopped walking and he pulled out his wand.
"Arvada kedavra!" Voldermort cried,
"NOOOOOO!" Grace yelled. Severus was thrown next to Grace.
Grace woke up from her nightmare, screaming. She woke up from the sound of her door opening.
"Grace are you alright?" Severus asked, he was sitting on the bed next to her.
"No father. He's in my mind. I can't get him out its torturing me. He killed you and Draco." Grace cried,
"Was it Voldermort?" Severus said and Grace nodded. Severus was shocked and Grace sat up. She hugged him and started to cry. He hushed Grace. Severus stayed in Grace's room until she was asleep but he lay next to her with her head on his arm. His right hand was on her stomach and they both fell asleep.
