Chapter 21

When they arrived at the hospital it was 10 to 1 and Grace's appointment was at 1. They walked up to the reception and signed in. Once signing in they walked to the waiting room. They sat down and watched the clock.
"Father what do you think my baby will be?" Grace asked,
"I don't know I just want you to be happy." Severus replied, he smiled at her and she hugged him, "Have you thought of any names?"
"Well if it's a boy I was thinking of William and if it's a girl, Alayna." Grace replied,
"There both beautiful names." Severus said,
"- Grace Snape-" the nurse said,
"Yes?" Grace said,
"We're ready. Come this way." The nurse replied, Grace followed the nurse with Severus.
In the room Grace lay down on the bed and she pulled up her wool dress. The doctor placed the jelly on her stomach and Grace held Severus' hand.
The doctor scanned her stomach and on the screen there was the baby. She looked at the screen and she smiled. Grace looked back up at Severus. He smiled at her.
"It's a ... boy." The doctor said, Severus had been shocked. Grace however, smiled and was so happy.
"Congratulations. I'll just go and print of the pictures for you. The nurse will clean your stomach." The doctor told them.
He doctor left the room and the nurse cleared Grace's stomach. Once the nurse left the room Grace pulled the dress down. She sat up in the bed and she hugged Severus.
"I can't believe it. I'm having a boy. Well William is coming in the world in 5 months." Grace said,
"I have a grandson. So does Lucius and Narcissa." Severus replied, grace stood up and she placed Severus' hand on her stomach.
Grace picked up her handbag and she took her notebook out. She picked out her pen and she started to write down what to get for the baby. The crib, chest of drawers, changing table, clothes, toys and food. All of this would be kept in the baby's room.
The doctor came back into the room and he had 2 pictures. One was for Grace and one was for Draco. William was small and adorable, from what you could see.
Severus took the picture for Draco and he looked.
"My grandson." He thought, Grace looked at him and she smiled.
"Let's go Draco will be on his way to Spinners End." Grace said, Severus nodded.
Grace took Severus hand and they started to walk out of the hospital. They got into the car again and they drove off. Draco was already on leave and he had been with his parents for the 4 days. The next few would be with Severus and Grace.
They got home and Severus made the car disappear with a wave of a wand. Grace walked into the living room and sat down on her mothers chair with a orange blanket over her legs and stomach. She stared at the picture of the baby and it was similar to the picture of Grace when she was in her mothers stomach. Severus made some tea and he put some biscuits on a plate. He put the plate and the tea cups on the tray and he brought them through. He placed them on the coffee table and he watched Grace.
"Grace he's beautiful. Just like you when your mother was pregnant." Severus said, Grace looked up and smiled at him.
She picked up her tea and a biscuit. She dipped her biscuit in the tea and she ate it. After eating it she sipped her tea.
Suddenly there was a knock at the door. Grace stood up and walked to the door. She opened it and saw a boy.
He was her age and he had short, blonde hair. He was in her class and he was the father of William. Draco had arrived to his girlfriend and his God father.
