Kageyama's POV

Huh... The sun should be rising about now. I closed the curtains of my room before sitting on my bed. With the curtains closed, I couldn't exactly see the light so it wouldn't bother me while I sleep. But if you remove the curtains, it can be a blinding light. So, where is the sun? Where's Hinata??

I walked out of my room, keeping my hand against the wall as I walked. Once I reached Daichi's door, I knocked to see if he was still here. I knew it was Daichi's since he put a vine of leaves around his door handle for me. And Suga did the same, but with a vine of flowers.

"Yes? Oh, Kageyama. Are you alright?"

"Is Hinata alright?"

"Huh?"

"The sun, something seems wrong." I said. I heard Daichi turn and walk to the wall of his room and his curtains swing open. He made a small noise of concern when he looked outside.

"Something is wrong. Where is Hinata? Doesn't he stay with you at nights?" Daichi asked. I sighed softly and mumbled.

"Uh.. I... yeah but, well, he and I shouldn't be together at night. So.. I had told him to go home." I said, Daichi walking back over to me and gently tapping my arm to tell me to follow. I turned and followed the sound of his footsteps to another room. Probably Hinata's.

"Hinata, are you in there???" Daichi asked several times before opening the door. I saw no glow, so, he must be gone.

"He isn't here. So, where is he..?" I asked, feeling worried. Did he get hurt on the way home..? I knew that it was dangerous for him to be alone at night. None of the others gods were in danger at night. But since Hinata was literally like pure light, all the shadows would want him. What if something hurt him before he got home.

"Daichi..." I mumbled, feeling scared. I grabbed his arm to ensure he was still there.

"It's alright Kageyama.. You need to stay here. We'll find him."

"But if the sun isn't raised, then-"

"You still need your own strength to bring the night tonight.. The people must be concerned, they don't need to be concerned about the night as well." Daichi said, grabbing my hand. I quietly nodded, letting go of him as he rushed off.

"Please be okay, Hinata."

Hinata's POV

"Is he up?"

"I don't know."

"Well, poke him."

"Ew. No."

"Fine, I'll poke him." I felt a poke to my face, my eyes opening slightly. I glanced around and everything was kinda dark.

"Mm... Ka..geyama?"

"Nope." I blinked my eyes a few times to try and see.

"Huh...? Who are you?"

"I'm Sakusa. God of the underworld and of death."
