Kageyama's POV
Ugh, this was a dangerous idea... I couldn't see a thing and have probably ran into a million things already. Everything was too dark. I could tell that I was lost somewhere in a dense woods, but that was about it. But I had to find Hinata. As I wandered, I ended up bumping into yet another tree. I stood still a few moments to gather myself when suddenly something breathed down the back of my neck.

Slowly, I turned around and was met with glowing eyes looking at me. As well as hair that was on fire. I reached my hand out, placing my hand out and on the creature.

"I know what you are... Nightmare. Okay... Okay, You're going to help me, got it..?" I mumbled, my hand feeling warm from the heat of the Nightmare. It wouldn't hurt me, it can't. It was a creature of dark and shadow. Many people were actually very afraid of these creatures, but they weren't so bad. They were only misunderstood.

As I kept my hand on it, the temperature cooled down which told me that the creature was calm

As I kept my hand on it, the temperature cooled down which told me that the creature was calm. I smiled faintly, putting my other hand against it's neck and running my hand down it's smooth skin.

"Good boy.. or girl, I don't know I'm not about to touch to find out." I grumbled, walking around it's side and pulling myself up and onto it. The Nightmare snorted at me as I leaned down so it's nose was near my clothing.

"Take a sniff. I need to find him." I said, hearing and feeling the Nightmare take a sniff of the clothing I was wearing. They were the same clothing that Hinata has fallen asleep on top of me so many times. So it was faint of his scent, a citrus scent almost. Once the nightmare had a good sniff, I gripped onto it's mane as it walked forward. At least this thing could see. Maybe I'll find him now.

Atsumu's POV
"Ow! Hey, sit! No- SAKUSAAAAA." I whined, Sakusa walking over to me.

"What."

"Make him sit..!" I complained, pointing back at the so called "demon hound", Cerberus.

"Sit." Sakusa said simply, Cerberus sitting himself down.

"Finally." I said, heading to walk over to Sakusa when Cerberus laid down with it's middle head on top of me. I fell over, pinned down with a giant dog head on me. Sakusa chuckled faintly and looked down at me, tilting his head.

"You look better down there."

"...Shut up." I grumbled as Sakusa whistled. Cerberus getting off of me and walking off. I got up and fixed my hair and clothing before sighing.

"How's Hinata?" I asked, Sakusa shaking his head.

"Not well. I've never had to encounter this before. I'm not sure what to do."

"Can we take him back to Olympus? The god of healing lives there."

"No, if he goes outside in any light, it'll burn him alive. Even without the sun's presence, it's still to bright."

"What about at night?"

"The moon is too bright for him now." Sakusa explained. I felt quite bad. I didn't really know Hinata, but he seemed nice. Sakusa and I couldn't go to Olympus and ask for any help either. Both of us couldn't go there, that's why we live here. It was kinda dark and cold but I didn't mind it, besides, Sakusa was here with me. So I was never alone.

"Have you found anything to help him??"

"No, not really."

"Oh.."

"I'm working on it, Atsumu. Don't worry. I have something else I must tend to." He said before walking past me. I glanced at him before walking off to go check on Hinata. He was still laying where we put him. The darkness on his skin is already spreading. He looked over at me quietly, he looked sad. So I sat with him.

"How ya feeling?"

"I guess okay so far." Hinata said with a small smile.

"Well, Sakusa is working on figuring out what to do for you."

"Thanks..."

"Is something else wrong??"

"Well... kinda. I'm scared of dying. The thought never even occurred to me that I would. But, I kinda wonder if it'd really be that bad."

"What? What makes you say that?"

"Well, my entire life has been kinda lonely. All I do is sit and wander alone during the day and then I'd be in my room at night. And then it'd just repeat all over again."

"..You'll find someone, Hinata. Everyone does, you've seen it happen a thousand times."

"I did find someone though. Or, I thought I did. He didn't like me though.."

"I'm sure that isn't true."

"He told me that he liked being alone. And that he and I shouldn't ever even be together..."

"Is he a mortal?"

"No. He's the god of the moon and night.." Hinata grumbled quietly. Oh. And he's the sun. They don't match, do they?

"Well that isn't any reason to want to die, Hinata."

"I guess not. But..."

"Do you love him?"

"..I don't know. I've never fallen in love with anyone else before, at least not that way."

"Does he make you happy?"

"Uh huh."

"Do you want to be with him, even though it goes against everything thing?"

"Uh huh.."

"Then I think you do love him."

"You do?"

"Yes. I fell in love with Sakusa years ago."

"You did?"

"Mhm. I felt the same way about him. It took a few hundred years to convince him to be mine but we got there." I said with a laugh, Hinata smiling slightly. He sighed gently, looking tired. It must be draining for him to be like this. We need to find out how to help him soon, or he'll die...

I got up and left him to rest. Sakusa hasn't found anything to help though.. I don't know nearly as much as he does about life and death, only how souls are collected and how to determine where they go. I do have one idea though. Maybe we could go out and try to find the god of moon and night to come see Hinata.
