𝐊𝐀𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 plan.  She hated that it felt unfinished, she hated that it didn't feel like Scott, Spencer, and Stiles had thought it through, and she hated that she felt unsafe.  But, what she hated most about it was that she was clueless about it.

From what she understood, their whole group was to attend the rave that Matt had asked her to a few days prior.  Scott and Stiles had managed to find tickets for everyone, and all Kat really knew about what was going down at the rave was that they were going to attempt to entrap Jackson so he could take them to whoever was controlling him.  Kat was meant to act as if she wasn't about to be part of a supernatural serial killer takedown.  Luckily, Kat had almost mastered the art of complacency regarding the supernatural issues frequenting her life.

Allison had asked Kat if she could come over to the McCall residence to mentally prepare for the night, so there the two girls were, raiding Kat's closet to pick out a suitable outfit for the McCall girl to wear to the rave.

Kat held up a sparkly top that she figured Lydia must have left at her house for Allison to give her opinion on, but her question was the furthest one could get from fashion. "What does your dad have planned for tonight?"

Allison's face scrunched when she looked at the top, shaking her head as she started to rifle through Kat's clothes again. "He wants me to keep an eye on Jackson and signal him when Jackson is as far away from people as he can get so they can catch him.  What about Scott?  Does he have a plan?"

Kat shrugged, "Maybe.  I haven't been told anything other than "stay out of the way" since we don't know if or how my powers can help."

Allison grabbed a sheer top and one of Kat's fancier bras and handed them to Kat, silently telling her to wear those.  Kat watched her friend as she quickly stripped and changed into the clothes Allison had given her, noticing that she was hesitating slightly.  Allison must have felt Kat's eyes on her and let out a short breath, "There's something I have to ask you."

Kat busied herself with adjusting the clothes, but she made sure Allison knew that she was listening to her. "What's up?"

Allison pushed through the jackets in Kat's closet, thinking that her words wouldn't have as much of an impact if she were distracted. "Sarah stands with my grandfather and his ways of dealing with supernaturals.  She's going to be going to the rave tonight to make sure that I do my job -- "

"Wait, Sarah's going to be there?" Kat asked, her eyes snapping up to Allison's and her movements halting.  She hadn't forgotten that Ellie had called her to tell her that Kate knew her mom or that she had something from her mother, but it had, regrettably, been moved to the back burner of her thoughts with everything else going on.
