The beginning is just a little chemistry rambling that helps put a certain teacher from the past (EOTS) in his place. It's funny and witty and you don't want to skip it.
Don't forget to click that orange star 😌.

"A physical change is exemplified by; A)...""The heating of ammonium chloride," Somadina answered even before Mr Johnson started spelling out the options. Knowing my genius of a friend, he didn't just stop there.
"...because obviously, a physical change is one that is reversible and when ammonium chloride is heated, it changes into it's gaseous form but once it gets into a cooler region, it's back to it's solid form." He concluded, flashing a grin at a rather awestruck Mr Johnson .
In fact, the entire class had turned on their seat and had their eyes fixated on Somadina who was slouched lazily on his seat at the extreme back of the class with me, twirling his pen between his index and middle finger.
No one could ever get over how much of a genius he was. Even me.
"That's a very correct answer, Dike." Mr Johnson stated and it was obvious in his tone that he didn't like how Somadina had answered his question so fast.
Asshole.
"Actually, it's Somadina. In case that's a mouthful, you can definitely call me Soma. Dike is my father." Was Soma's witty reply, which earned snickers from our peers. Mr Johnson glared and turned back to the board to continue his teaching while I faced Somadina with a smirk playing on my lips.
"That was cold." I nudged him and he scoffed, a smirk also coming to play on his lips.
"I promised to step on the man's toes till we leave this school, not after he gave me a 78% on my test script in SS2." Soma scoffed again then beat his chest with pride. "A whole me, 78%? I'm not taking it easy on the asshole." He replied.
"Show off." I rolled my eyes at me and he shrugged, still smirking. "You could get expelled." I teased. Somadina turned to me with a knowing look that had both of us bursting into low fits of laughter.
No one would dare expel Somadina Charles Dike from this school.
Won bi won da.
It was two weeks into resumption and revision was at its peak. It would only get more and more stressful as time goes on. It's been more of back to back revision classes for the science and technical students and we have been spending majority of our times in the Laboratories, hardly going to our class block till closing hour.
Like right now. We have been boxed up in the Chemistry laboratory for over two hours.
I can count the number of times I have seen Elyon since I got back to Nigeria. Being in different classes has made it difficult for us to really see each other. Home is no different because my parents had zero tolerance for slacking, especially at this crucial time. We resolved to speaking over the phone and chatting.
