I want to give a shout out to Qhupid_247 for the awesome covers she made for me which is on display now and also the one up in the media. I swear, fan covers are the best though. So fine 😫😫😫.
I enjoy writing more in Jamal's POV than any other POV. He's Kuku the main character. So you'd be seeing his POV more than Elyon's and someone else's 😏😏. Yes, you guessed right, Khalil will also be bagging his own POV. We need to know what's going on the head of his. Abi?
Let's dive in now, shall we?

"The MacPherson constitution of 1951 was the bed rock of so many other constitutions in Nigeria..." Mr Kohol started but I tuned his voice off again as my mind drifted off to a certain someone I was seriously worried about.Jamal.
We are being drilled for the Olympia and I was thinking about my boyfriend. Yup, that's how important he is to me.
I didn't miss how he has been looking this days. Tired, exhausted, eye bags and coffee. It sent warning alarm bells ringing in my head. This was like a repeat of this time last year, when I just joined them. Only that this time, I had absolutely no clue what was going on with him.
The worse part of it all is that Jamal wouldn't tell me anything. And neither would Skye.
It was annoying as hell. Not knowing what was going on with your boyfriend. And it was more annoying that he wouldn't tell me anything.
He was majorly avoiding me even.
It sucked. Big time.
"Elyon Damije, what did I say last?" Mr Kohol's sharp tone tore right through my reverie and I jerked my head up to look at him. He was watching me through his dark rimmed glasses and I could fee Denola and Esosa's eyes on me.
What did he ask me again?
"S-sir?" I stuttered, disoriented. Mr Kohol sighed, removing his glasses and rubbing both eyes with his thumb and index finger. I gulped, praying that I don't get into trouble.
"You were not paying attention." He stated matter of factly, looking at me. "I suggest that whatever is going on in your head, you suspend it for now because this drilling is supposed to be the most important thing to you for the next three weeks." He chided and I nodded.
"I'm sorry sir. It won't happen again." I apologized and he nodded, opening the Essential Government text book. I resolved to pay attention to the lesson, choosing to worry about Jamal later. Esosa tapped my thigh gently and I looked at her.
"Are you okay?" She asked, concern hitched in her voice. I nodded, a small smile gracing my lips.
"I'm fine. I just have a lot on my mind, that's all." I told her, not wanting to talk any further. She got the gist and we both turned back to listen to Mr Kohol. Though, it was pretty hard pulling my mind away from Jamal.

We had finished drilling and it was time to head to the stadium for sport practice. I had signed up for the Volley ball team and today was try outs. I carried my bag into the female locker room and met other ladies changing into their sporting gear. I spotted Vanessa at the far end, tying the lace to her trainers.
"Why are you dressing up?" I asked immediately I got to her and she looked up at me. "Coach Tammy already said you are on the team. There is no need for you to try out like the rest of us." I added, settling beside her and pulling off my uniform. She hissed.
