Waking up in Peter Parker's apartment was completely... alarming— especially when Aunt May opened the door and shouted to the top of her lungs.

To explain; the night before, when Jade came over for dinner, she ended up staying later than usual. The two teens projected Miraculous on Peter's ceiling from Jade's phone and ended up falling asleep in Peter's bed— together.

So when Aunt May walked in to wake Peter up for the last day of school, she was scared to see two figures instead of one. She didn't know who it was at first (forgetting Jade was with them last night) and only saw Peter's bare arm wrapped around another person's body.

When the two were woke up, they sat upright and had wide eyes as they looked at Aunt May and each other. Aunt May sighed deeply when she saw they both still had clothes on.

Jade quickly jumped out of the bed after seeing who she was beside and blushed deeply— that's not awkward at all, she tried telling herself. Peter's face was just as red, probably redder since he woke up a split second before Aunt May walked in and found his arm wrapped around someone else's body.

"Sorry!" Aunt May exclaimed, throwing her hands up and covering her eyes. "I freaked out!"

"No, no— it's fine, May," Jade tried calming her down. "I'm sorry, I guess we both fell asleep while watching a movie last night."

"It's no problem dear, I don't mind that you stayed the night," Aunt May smiled, "Here, you can get ready in my bathroom if you want."

"Thank you," Jade said and grabbed her phone, heading out of Peter's room and to Aunt May's.

Once Jade was out of earshot, Aunt May smirked at Peter, "I see what you did there,"

"It was an accident— I swear!" Peter whispered harshly, finally getting out of the bed.

For the rest of the day, Peter and Jade did not make direct eye contact with each other.

After school, Michelle and Jade were picked up by Happy and he drove them to Pepper's.

"So," Michelle started, dragging out the word slowly. "It might not be my place— but it's also partially my business— why didn't you come to my house last night?"

Jade froze up. She wondered why Michelle hadn't asked that all day, why was now a good time?

"I— uh, was having a bad night, so I was out all night," Jade lied— horribly. Who would believe that? Well, it wasn't completely false since she did have a breakdown.

Jade looked to Happy and saw him smirking, did Aunt May tell him?

"Oh, so you weren't getting laid?" Michelle asked calmly, with no stutter or hesitation.
