"All right, we all have our assignments. Two Stones uptown, one Stone down. Stay low. Keep an eye on the clock," Steve explained as soon as the four made it to 2012.
Then suddenly, 2012 Hulk passes by them, smashing a car onto one of the Chitauri aliens and one runs off, scared of Hulk. Then Hulk ends up letting a lot of anger out on the already smashed car.
Everyone looks to Bruce and he puts his hand up to his face, embarrassed.
"Feel free to smash a few things along the way," Steve suggests.
"I think it's gratuitous, but whatever," Bruce said and ripped his shirt off effortlessly.
He walked up to the cars and did a fake, very quiet, roar and hits the car, making a dent the size of his hand. He does another awkward roar while throwing a motorcycle at a wall and winces when it hits.
Once they were done watching Banner's awkward Hulk acting, they split up; Scott went with Tony to get the Tesseract, and Steve was going to get the scepter.
Tony changed into his Iron Man suit and Scott shrunk to his ant size to sit on Tony's shoulder. Tony flew to the top of a building close to the Stark Tower to wait until they were taking Loki away.
"Got to hustle, Cap. Things look like they're getting wrapped up here," Tony spoke through the communicator to Steve.
"Got it," Steve said back. "I'm approaching the elevator now."
Tony flew him and Scott to the tower, quietly flying in through a broken window, de-forming his suit, and hiding behind a large wall of bars.
"If it's all the same to you... I'll have that drink now," Loki- 2012- said.
"All right, get him on his feet. We can all stand around posing up a storm later," Tony from 2012 said. "By the way, feel free to clean up."
"Uh, Mr. Rogers. I almost forgot that that suit,-" Now Tony whispered. "-did nothing for your ass."
"No one asked you to look, Tony," Steve said back.
"It's ridiculous," Tony mumbled.
"I think you look great, Cap. As far as I'm concerned, that's America's ass," Scott spoke up, whispering to Steve through the comms, saluting.
