Layla stood in the staffroom and groaned as she stood pacing, she had backache and this pregnancy was starting to get to her. She looked as cal walked in and frowned as he looked to her
"are you okay" he asked as she nodded
"it's your child, it's making me uncomfortable" she said as cal smiled
"well I'm sorry That our child is causing you pain, look I know that you are still mad at me but I do want it to be okay with us and I want to make it Right for us, for the baby and I know that you hate men and that I messed up but I do care about you" cal said as Layla sat down and smiled as she looked to him
"yeah?" She asked as he nodded
"I do"
"okay, then go and get me a hot chocolate and a Mars bar and maybe I'll believe you" Layla said as he looked to her and chuckled
"your an impossible woman bit for you I will do it" he said as he kissed the top of her head and walked off.
Layla looked to him and smiled as she walked off, she knew that she and cal were trying to get on for the baby's sake but she knew it was hard when he had hurt her so much

Layla stood in resus as lola walked over to her and smiled as she stood next to her
"so you and cal?" Lola asked as Layla looked to her and rolled her eyes
"get your mind out of the gutter Lola. We are getting on for the sake of the baby. We owe it to her to get alone and I'm just to tried to fight with him. I am not going to take him back after all he has done" Layla said as Lola looked to her and smiled
"you say that now but your carrying his child and you love him still, he was your first love and nothing will change that and when you have that baby you will realise how much you still love him and yeah cal was and idiot and he cheated on you but you know that it meant nothing and I know that deep down there is part of you that wants to forgive him and try again and forget it" Lola said as Layla looked to her and rolled her eyes
"I don't know what your talking about. Me and cal knight are history, we are just going to be having a child together and we are never getting back together" Layla said as Lola looked to her and smirked
"yeah you tell yourself that" Lola said smirking

Layla stood by reception and sighed to herself as she stood watching cal. Layla knew what Lola said and she knew she would never tell Lola just how right that she was and that Layla knew that she still had feelings for cal
Layla knew that she still loved cal and would do anything to try again but she was still so hurt and she didn't trust him but with the face that she was having his baby would Layla admit to cal how she felt and could they give things another go or was it really to locate for them?
