"Well, if we're going to tell them, why don't we tell them as an actual couple?" Pacifica asked. Mabel felt her face grow hot, but she still found her words.
"S-sure," she stammered. Pacifica giggled and got up. She grabbed Mabel's hand and together they walked out of the attic and down the stairs into the living room. Dipper noticed them first and came over, then Grunkle Ford and Grunkle Stan came over as well. Mabel's heart quickened. This was it, the time when she announced that she was bisexual. She looked over at Pacifica. The blond turned her head to look at her and gave a small nod. Taking a deep breath, Mabel spoke up.
"Dipper, Grunkle Ford, Grunkle Stan, I have something to say," she said.
"What is it kiddo?" Grunkle Stan asked. Thankfully no one else said anything. Mabel closed her eyes and took deep breaths to calm herself. It's when Pacifica squeezed her hand that she had the courage to say it.
"I'm bisexual," she announced, slowly opening her eyes. Everyone was smiling at her, and they gave her a hug. That's when she noticed that Pacifica had let go of her hand and backed away.
"We'll always love ya kid," Grunkle Stan said.
"Always," Dipper agreed.
"That'll never change," Grunkle Ford said. Mabel smiled widely, tears threatened to fall. Then Grunkle Stan looked at Pacifica.
"Get over here kid," he said. Pacifica smiled too, and joined the group hug.
Little did they know, a certain dream demon was watching them. He twirled his cane and laughed in delight.
"I'll leave them be for now," he said. "Afterall, Pacifica still hasn't fulfilled her side of the deal. The worst is yet to come, and when it does, nothing, not even the Pines, will stop me."
