Mabel was near the entrance, looking for Jason. It was 12:29 now, so he should be coming soon. She sighed, bored. So, she grabbed her phone and turned it on. Sighing again, she stared at the picture of Waddles, frowning. She stared at it a bit more, but her eyes started to water, so she turned off her phone and put it back in her pocket. She rubbed her eyes, and looked back towards the entrance. That's when she saw Jason. He noticed her before she had to say anything, so he walked up to her.
"You ready to go?" He asked. Mabel nodded. Jason grabbed her hand, and together they walked out of the mall.
Pacifica sighed. Dipper heard, and immediately turned to face her. He didn't say anything, just walked up to her. He showed her the note, but she didn't look at it. Instead, she looked down at her feet. Why? Why did she have to fall for Mabel? She didn't know. But the more she though about it, the more her eyes started to water. She sniffed, and started to sob. She looked at Dipper, and noticed that his eyes were watering too. But he wiped away the tears, and a small comforting small appeared on his face. Pacifica tried to smile back, but it didn't work very well, as she was full blown crying anymore. Dipper's smile turned to a frown, and he sighed and shook his head, indicating that he just didn't know what to do anymore. He turned away. He glanced back at the female one more time, then walked up the stairs. Pacifica didn't follow him. Instead, she ran out the front door and into the forest.
Eventually she stopped running, and sat down, her back against a tree. She cried. As she cried, the forest around turned to a greyscale. And a slightly familiar voice spoke.
"Well, well, well, long time no see kid."
