Mabel woke up. It's been a couple of days since Pacifica started to live with them, and Mabel decided that they all should go to the mall. They were all going to get new clothes (especially Dipper) and have a fun time. And maybe Mabel was gonna look for a boyfriend. Sure she'd probably annoy Dipper by looking for a boyfriend, but Pacifica shouldn't be annoyed by it. At least, Mabel hoped that she wouldn't be bothered by it. But she shook her head and got out of bed. Dipper and Pacifica were still asleep, but then again, Mabel always woke up before them. So, she got ready and went down the stairs. There, she sat at the table, waiting. Ever since last summer, Mabel had started reading. It wasn't her absolute favorite thing to do, but it was a lot better than just sitting and waiting. So she picked up the book from under her seat and started to read.
After a while Dipper and Pacifica came down the stairs. Mabel quickly put in her bookmark and put the book under her chair before they came over and also sat at the table. Dipper didn't say anything as he sat down, but Pacifica spoke up.
"Good morning Mabel," she murmured.
"Same to you too Pacific," Mabel nodded. After the first day, Mabel had started calling Pacifica Pacific for funsies, but Pacifica just allowed her to. After that, Grunkle Stan came in carrying three plates of bacon and eggs. He put one in front of Mabel, one in front of Dipper, and the last one in front of Pacifica. They all murmured a quick thanks and ate their breakfast.
Once they had finished and put their plates away, they went to the living room. Before they left, Mabel turned around.
"We're going to the mall!" She yelled, then they left the shack, closing the door behind them. After that, they started making their way to the mall.
