Pacifica woke up. She sat up straight and rubbed the sleepiness out of her eyes. Then she looked around. Where was she? Then she thought about it for a bit. Suddenly, she snapped her fingers. She figured that she was in the Fearamid, since she had helped Bill start Weirdmaggedon. She flinched. Oh, yeah, she helped Bill start Weirdmaggedon. She sighed and shook her head. God dang it. She should never have made that deal. Then she felt a heavy weight in her pocket. Confused, she grabbed the item. Her eyes opened wide as she remembered what it was. It was that remote like device that Stanford had given her before Bill lifted her off the ground. Getting a closer look at it, she realized there was a button. She went to push it when something made her stop. It sounded like a voice in her head telling her to wait, that it wasn't the right time, so, she put her hand down. She knew that if Bill found it, it wouldn't be very good for her, so she hid it under her pillow. With a sigh, she heard a knock at her door. Confused, she got up and opened it. To her surprise, Shadow was there. Without a word she walked in and closed the door behind her.
"Did you hide it?" She asked.
"Huh?" Pacifica murmured, confused.
"The device!" Shadow whisper-yelled, throwing her arms in the air.
"Ohh, yeah," Pacifica nodded while Shadow crossed her arms and rolled her eyes.
"Good," she said, slightly nodding.
"Should I tell you where it is?" Pacifica questioned, tilting her head to the side.
"No, don't tell me," Shadow answered, shaking her head. "Do you know where you are?" Shadow asked, looking at Pacifica.
"I'd assume the Fearamid," Pacifica answered.
"Yes, you are. Now then, I suggest you stay in your room unless you're with me. The henchmainiacs don't like you, and would kill you at any chance they got. So if you get a knock on your door, and you don't hear my voice, don't answer, and don't open it," Shadow explained with a serious look on her face and her eyes narrowed to thin slits. Pacifica blinked and nodded in understanding. Shadow sighed in relief.
"Good. I'll be on my way, but Bill will be here to talk to you at some point. While he is here, try not to think about the device or where you hid it, okay?"
"Okay," Pacifica murmured. Shadow nodded, but didn't say anything else as she walked over to the door. Without looking back, she walked out, closing the door behind her. Pacifica blinked. With a sigh, she walked over to the boy she had woken up in. She laid down on her back and stared up at the ceiling. This was going to be interesting.
