Mabel and Dipper had arrived at the Mystery Shack. Soos, Melody and their daughter moved out last year, so their Grunkles had to stay at the shack. The twins both agreed that they would miss Soos, but there wasn't really much they could do about it, so they just walked up to the door and knocked. What surprised them was the fact that Wendy opened the door. Mabel looked over at Dipper, and noticed that a slight pink color had dusted his cheeks. But Mabel didn't say anything as she looked back up at Wendy and smiled. Wendy blinked, then also smiled.
"Hey guys, what's up?" She asked them.
"We're good," Mabel replied.
"So, you two are gonna stay in Gravity Falls from now on?" The twins nodded, which made Wendy's small smile grow a little wider, but she didn't say anything else as she led them into the Mystery Shack. Once inside, Wendy went back to the cash register, whereas the twins both went to find their Grunkles. It didn't take very long, since they were luckily both in the living room.
"Kids!" Their Grunkle Stan called as they ran up to him and gave him a hug. Then they turned to their Grunkle Ford and hugged him as well. The hugs were a silent greeting, so there were no 'welcome backs' or anything. But it was obvious that there Grunkles were happy. Mabel smiled widely, she just had an idea.
"We should have a party tonight!" She yelled.
"Well, I don't see why not," Grunkle Ford murmured. "What do you think Stanley?" He asked, turning to Stanley. Their Grunkle Stan sighed.
"Very well," he sighed. Mabel cheered, while Dipper shrugged, pretending like he didn't care. But Mabel knew he did, and now it was time to plan and decorate for it.
