He glared at me like he would kill me any second. He stooped down before me and I could see anger radiating off him. His jaw was clenched as he reached for my hair. I winced as I felt my hair being uprooted.
"Don't ever try it again." His eyes looked so cold, far from the compassionate ones. I gulped down in dread and a brook of tear rolled down my eye. He moved back and started mumbling something incoherent under his breath.
He held his head between his head and shifted back. I just couldn't believe that he pushed me. I inhaled in sharply and saw his run his hands all over his face before looking at me. He immediately leapt toward me and looked at me lying almost flat on the floor.
"Are you alright?" He asked, holding my face in between his palms. I bit my lips. I just couldn't stop crying. I saw his hard expressions softening so soon. He sighed and held my quivering hand. I just couldn't believe that I tried to remove his ring. And the outcome of it just gave me an idea of how much protective he was to something which was related to his Erin.
"Tell me, are you okay? Is there any pain? Huh?" He looked scared all of a sudden. "Don't cry! Please, tell me everything is fine." He touched my naked stomach and rubbed it lightly. "Get up!" He said and pulled my arm a little.
I inhaled sharply when I tried to move, a sharp pain made way to my back and I couldn't move. A loud scream escaped my lips when he tried to pull me up on my feet. I cried when I tried to move and another wave of sharp pain washed over me. I was so scared that my hand involuntarily went on my belly covering it.
"Ursula? What's happening?" He asked rolling his hand on my cheeks and wiping my tears.
I shook my head crying in unbearable pain which now seemed to network my whole body. I was scared if my baby was fine. My teeth clenched as I tried to move again but my efforts were futile and I only earned waves of excruciating pain. He looked so panicked as he stepped away from me and walked into the closet.
He came just a second later with a loose dress and wiped my tears. "Is it really bad?" He asked. I nodded my head and couldn't stop crying thinking of what was happening.
"Don't worry! Everything will be all right. We're going to the doctor." He told me. Even though he asked me to not to worry but his own voice held so much fret that it made my agony a thousand times stronger. He made me wear the dress and picked me up in his arms. I cried in pain when he scooped me up.
He tried to ease me as he stepped down the stairs so fast yet carefully but I couldn't stop howling. He walked out fast and hearing my cries, his driver, Andrew who was wiping the car stood alert. He rushed to open the door for us and sugar daddy put me inside.
He laid me down on his lap. I opened my eyes when I saw Hazel rushing toward us.
"What happened, dad?" She shrieked when she saw me wincing on his lap. "Ursula, are you in pain?" She sounded as panicked as her dad.
"Go inside. We'll come back soon." He assured her and asked Andrew to drive. All the way to the hospital, he kept caressing my hair and told me that nothing was going to happen and I was going to be fine. He patted my cheek and shushed me up whenever the pain worsened.
Once I reached the hospital I was taken into the emergency division. I could not even breathe with all the crying. I was so scared. My whole waist was so much in pain. I could not even see clearly as mere movement brought me to tears.
The nurse on my side moved me to lay on my side which gave me slight comfort. I saw sugar daddy standing right in front. He came to me in big strides and held my hand tightly.
"When is the doctor coming?" He asked the nurse who was checking my blood pressure.
"She's coming." She replied.
