Day 27 of 365
My heart is so full that I have so much love to offer. The main reason for that is the fact that I grew up knowing that I am loved and cared for.
We have people in our lives that holds a special place in our hearts, but we sometimes fail to remind them about that special place they possess.
I lost a couple of friends these past few years and my heart aches now that I remember them.
I lost them because I failed to show them how much they meant to me. They felt as if I did not care about them, when the truth is I have loved them with all my heart.
It's not enough that you care for someone. You have to make them feel it. Words alone are nothing.
It's just sad that I had to lose those wonderful people to learn this remarkable lesson.
We shouldn't just assume that they know how we feel for them, we have to let it show.
"She knows I care for her and I think that's enough," that's what I thought. To tell you, they don't know how you feel. They can't read minds.
You have to tell, remind and show them how you feel. That's a lesson that I will always remember.
If you don't want them to leave, give them a thousand of reasons to stay.
