Day 28 of 365
Planning out your day, week or month is important.
There are times wherein we feel like we accomplished nothing. I recently found a great way of getting rid of this feeling.
I started to write the things I need or want to do and I try to do it as much as possible.
I kept track of my accomplishments and it helps me manage my time well.
Seeing the amount of tasks I've done gives me a reason to be proud of myself, it helps me acknowledge the efforts I inserted.
Every once in a while, find a reason to congratulate yourself.
Write or recall the things you did and thank your past self for it. So when you feel like you've wasted your time doing nothing, go and scan your notes and remember that you've cleaned your room, wiped the windows or learned a dance.
Appreciate the little things because one day, those little things will serve as steps of a ladder that you can use to lift yourself up.
