Felicity’s POV

My body was in excruciating pain I couldn’t move I felt as if there were 50 000 knives stuck in me. I felt like throwing up and I was still in the cold, except there was no more dark just white everywhere. I was in so much pain I thought I was being stabbed at different times. Suddenly the white became a labyrinth of some of my fun memories and some of the memories of loss and pain. I was walking aimlessly when I heard something.

“Felicity, please find your way to me.” It was Oliver’s voice guiding me through this maze of memories and regrets. I was at the memory of when I thought he was dead at the hand of Ra’s Al Ghul. He rescued me so many times this was another example he was helping me find my way back and I was eager to wake up from this hell hole I’ve been in. The only good thing is that I saw Sara after such a long time. I remember her words “You’re fighting for the both of you.” She had said. I was fighting to make it through this maze I knew he was on the other side. “I remember when I was on Lian Yu. You and Diggle came and brought me back to Starling City.” he said as the memory before me changed to that. I smile remembering the moment Diggle jumped out of the plane after one instead of three. I was not going to die, not like this. Vines start forming and pulling me down but I free myself and move forward and as if in a desperate attempt I run and I am now in a tunnel there is a light at the end I try running, then Sara’s figure appeared again, helping me reach the tunnel exit. As we got there she spoke.

“Tell Laurel that I love herand that I'm always watching over her.” She said as her figure started to disappear.

“Wait Sara when?” I ask.

“You’ll know when.” She said as her figure turned to nothing but a faint glow.

I suddenly am blinded by a light, there are hushed sounds. I try focus on hearing and I caught the end of a sentence.

“Don’t go, I need you here, I love you.” The voice I recognized as Oliver’s said. I blinked a couple of times trying to bring the world into focus. I could see Oliver’s head was looking down and my hand was resting in his, with his forehead against the both of them. I tried to speak and move all I manage to do was move my head to see him better.

“Did you mean that?” I ask as best I could with my dry throat.

Oliver’s head shot up, faster than a bullet and my eyes met his piercing blue ones. I could see the surprise in his voice it took him a few seconds to realize what happened. As soon as he did his face lit up as bright as Queen consolidated would at night. His face showed such happiness. He gripped my hand and he nodded.

“Yes, Felicity I did.” He answers I was happy. I smile and I reach out a shaky hand towards the glass of water when he gives it to me I smile and drink the water. It felt amazing having the cold water soothe the drought that has happened in my throat.

“I love you too.” That as the first thing I said back. He smiled his billion dollar smile and my heart melted. He let go of my hand and I could still feel the presence of his hand perfectly placed in mine.

“I thought I was going to lose you.” He confessed. This reminded me of the time I knew Moira’s secret about Thea.

“You’re not going to lose me.” I answered which was the reply he gave me then. I was caught in my thoughts and didn’t realize that his face was only inches away from mine.

“I’ve missed you.” He says as he places his hand on my cheek and brings his lips to mine. I am surprised but I kiss him back as shivers run up and down my spine. He slowly pulls away, he seemed the happiest I’ve ever seen him. “I feel like I don’t tell you this enough, but you’re remarkable.” He says with a huge smile on his face.

“Thank you for remarking on it.” I say as the pain of my scars surpasses my threshold causing me to draw in a sharp breath.

“I never gave up on you I knew you were going to be okay. Hang in there.” He says referring to the pain cause by my scars. He softly kisses my forehead and we stay like that for a moment until we hear the door creak open and three of my favourite people show up, Roy, Diggle and Laurel. I was more than happy to see them. They took turns hugging me, it hurt but I didn’t care.

“I thought I lost another sister.” Laurel said with tears of joy, to see I was okay.

“I’m not going anywhere no one can get rid of me that easily. Laurel wherever your sister is I’m sure she’s watching over you.” I say as I get caught up with the latest news and stories, making for the best afternoon in a long time, what mattered most I was with the people that mattered to me.
