Nobody's P.o.V. (Not the Polyphemus Thing Either)

As the Cyclopes brothers finally left, (hey, who doesn't get tired of staring at a demigod half dead and blacked out?) they sealed up the entrance with several boulders. Cammy's eyes shot open. Her ears payed close attention, seeing if anyone would dare return back to the cave. Luckily, nobody did.

Cammy moved her lips and jaw awkwardly, slowly untying the gag. She spit dirt on the ground far below. The Cyclopes have had her captive for only 4 hours, but already she was covered in a thin layer of sediments. It was as if they had dragged her through a mudslide and dried her off in a Texas desert. (A/N: Home of Leo Fricken Valdez! Where mah Texans at?)

She'd wished that her sword were magical like Jason's or Percy's. Now she was unarmed and dangling 30 feet in the air. Perfect. All she needed was a marker and a cardboard sign and write, "Free Demigod Meat! Only a Limited Time Offer!"

Yeah, limited time offer. She was getting out one way or another. Or better yet, she'd soon be a Cyclops's meal.

Her mind raced, whether or not to attempt getting untangled. Even if she so happened to do so, she would end up a grease spot on the cave floor. Cammy really didn't want that. She would either die and delay the Cyclopes' plan, or stay and do as they commanded. Both of which would end pretty badly.

Alright, just kinda swing back and forth Cammy thought. As she swung, she thought things were going pretty good. Wow, something goes as planned for once in my life!

Until the cavern shook. She had spoken too soon.

"Okay, I'm-suggesting-we-just-*gasp*-take a break." Connor panted.

Everyone frowned. No one liked the sound of kicking back in this time of day at the setting. But in this case, they had to make it acceptable.

The sun had completely sunk down, leaving the moon for the only source of light. A cold breeze cooled the four half-bloods as they slowed their pace. Wolves howled in the distance, getting ready to hunt in the night. The wind rustled the autumn leaves, the scent of pine cones fading farther and farther away.

They had stopped in the middle of the monster infested woods, catching their breathes. Will put his back on a tree, hopefully a nymph wouldn't start pecking them with acorns. Emma sat on the wavy grass, hugging her legs. She looked up at the misty night sky intently, as if she was trying to count all the stars from the view. Her once sparkling grey eyes, were stormy and red, from either crying or lack of sleep, or both.

Nico tried sitting on the ground, but the grass and all the flowers within two feet of him started wilting. He frowned, wondering why. He brushed it off and continued to sit. Nico wore a blank expression, but twisting his skull ring in anxiety.

To his left, Connor stood in silence, thinking glumly of what had happened to his girlfriend. He would never forgive himself if he didn't reach her in time, or if she....

Connor quickly pushed that thought aside. He didn't need to be thinking like that. He needed to keep moving forward and find Cammy. He was going to find his princess.

Yeah, that's it! Keep it positive, Stoll!

He tried for a smile, but it faded almost immediately.

Not only because it didn't work, but the sight of two figures making their way towards him and the others.
