Nico's P.o.V.
I woke to sunlight streaming in my face. Great way to wake up in the morning. Bad enough it was 6:40 am. Or the fact that a girl was curled up in a chair next to my bed, asleep.
My bed....
How did I get here!?
I slowly turned to the girl cuddled up. Part of me wanted to strangle her, the other was still deciding. She looked familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on it. She had long carmel hair with braids intertwined in the back, a splash of faint freckles, and her eyes were-
I can't say. She had them closed. Curiosity nearly got the best of me before Pollux walked in. Gods, I have never actually talked to him. Why of all reasons would he be here?!
He sheepishly smiled. "H-Hey Nico, I just uh kinda came to check on Cammy, so I hope I'm not disturbing you."
Wow, how pathetic. He comes just to check on 'Cammy' and not me? Wait.... "That's who she is?! Cammy?!!" I accidentally yelled.
Pollux flinched. Then the girl yawned and slowly stretched. Then she opened her eyes. They were....two colors at once, blue and green. They were teal. Once she saw me, she blushed. Her dazed face melted into a warm smile.
"Hey Nicky!" Cammy beamed. "Sorry for startling you by being here....I just....wanted to be the first here when you woke. Someone kinda screwed up my plans though." She turned to Pollux. "I won't say names."
Pollux blushed crazy. He looked as if he was a tomato ready to be picked. There was an awkward silence for a while.
"Er, anyways, I'll come back if you are still here by then, 'k?" She informed. Then she smiled once more. "I wanna check this place out!"
She jumped up and raced for the door, stopping right before exiting. "Oh and Hazel kinda said for me to tell you to meet your friends in the sword arena!" I nodded. Friends? Great.
"I'll make sure I do that," I grumbled while pulling the covers over myself. Cammy frowned.
"Well....I'm glad at least you remembered me, unlike Levi..." She sighed, looking down. That got to me. I remember first arriving here at camp. It was confusing for such a young age. But Levi forgetting Cammy? That was hard to believe. Then I remembered Pollux. Where did he go?
"You're making Pollux wait an eternity out there," I mumbled under the sheets. She blushed.
"Oh...right," Cammy said. "I-I'll see you later." And with that she was gone, along with Pollux.
Even though my cabin was obsidian, I could faintly hear the two's conversation:
"-between you and Nico?" Pollux asked.
"N-Nothing, alright? He saved me so I-" Cammy started.
"You like him!" There was a pause.
"I don't like Nico....I'm just worried! Besides...who do you think you are!? A son of Aphrodite?!!"
The rest of the conversation was too far to hear. After that, I couldn't help but laugh to myself.
(A/N Alert: ERMAHGAWDS, I DON'T KNOW WHETHER TO SHIP CAMMY AND NICO OR POLLUX AND HER. This is hard.)
