A/n: LMAO TJ'S FAAAAAAAACEEEE^^^
Also, I don't know which is harder, figuring out what to write, or figuring out who's point of view we're seeing things from in THIS chapterTJ's POV:
Life is good. Well, at least it is for me anyway. I don't know what Kevin did to me, but whatever it was, it worked. In a weird sort of sense though, I can't help but feel that something's been up with Craig for the last two nights. He's always avoiding me, and when he is with me, he starts acting like he isn't the one in control of his own actions.
I can't complain though. I feel so fueled by soaring serotonin levels right about now that it's one of the last things on my mind. I poured myself a cup of coffee for the morning, and Kevin came out. "You're up early."
Excitement prevented me from sleeping. "Maybe you all just wake up late."
He shook his head. "I could get used to you being in this good of a mood all the time."
I bit my lip. It made me feel self-conscious that even he was noticing. "Did you leave that chocolate on the counter that night?"
"What chocolate?" A flash of confusion came over his face.
"The Hershey's kiss? The chocolate that you left for me to use with Craig. I owe all of this to you."
"I never left you a chocolate. Why would I do that?" He covered his mouth in realization. "That's why you're so happy all of the sudden?!"
"Wait, you actually didn't know?" I cocked my head, not understanding. "But if you didn't do it, then who did?"
"I don't know. I didn't do it though. I guess that you owe your happiness to some mystery person." He shrugged.
I don't know who would have done it. I guess pretty much everyone knew about it. Hell, it could've been left out by complete accident. Just a right place, right time situation. The next to wake up was Craig, who yawned and stretched as though he hadn't slept in forever. The dark circles under his eyes also gave hint to that being a possibility. "Did you not sleep well?" I asked him.
He looked at me with tired eyes. "It's too early for this," He mumbled, not answering my question.
"Your sleeping beauty looks great," Thrasher whispered in my ear. I elbowed him in the gut. "Jeez! I'll stop. I'll stop." He held up his hands in surrender. He sat down and began checking his phone for something.
I turned my attention back to Craig, was now struggling to keep his head from falling back against one of the windows and falling back asleep. Or maybe he was falling asleep for the first time? I don't really know. If he was awake all night, he didn't move very much in his bunk. I took a sip of my coffee and sat at a friendly distance from him; not too close, and not too far. He turned his head in my direction for a moment, and then turned away once more.
"I'm tired of all you motherfucking people getting up so motherfucking early!" Max complained, rubbing his eyes as he entered the front part of the bus with us.
"How do you even hear us?" I asked. "We're not even talking that loud."
"I heard Thrasher talking loudly."
Kevin stuck his tongue out at Max. "As though you don't have a dose of hot gas every once in a while."
"At least I don't do it at nine in the morning." He crossed his arms as I took another sip of coffee. I heard a soft snore come from Craig, who immediately opened his eyes once more. "Tired much?" He asked.
Craig blinked. "What?"
"You okay?"
"Oh, yeah, yeah. I'm great." He put his head back against the window.
Max shot me a look of concern. I shrugged. "Rough night then."
I moved my finger around the lip of my coffee cup, bored with these types of conversations. Robert then woke up. "It's too early. We have to be up early tomorrow for the flight," He complained.
"We're in Orlando." I looked around, confused. "Aren't we just driving to Atlanta?"
"Probably."
"Then in two days. The point still stands, it's too early."
Craig snored once again, shooting up afterwards. "What?!" He demanded frantically, as though we'd been talking to him.
"What's up with you?" Robert asked.
"I'm just....tired." I didn't notice it until I looked, but he'd been moving closer to me for a while. He put his head back again initially, but then he fell onto my shoulder. Dammit, his head is heavy. I wanted to shake him off, but decided against it.
Everyone looked at me as though I was supposed to explain something. "What?" I asked, pretending not to know at all. It's too early for anything to be known about our interactions with each other. As far as even Kevin knows, it's just a fleeting moment of excessive testosterone between the two of us. I'd like to keep it that way. "You think I had something to do with it?"
"Why is he laying on your shoulder?" Max asked, though his eyes had no questions in them. I'd almost forgotten that he too had seen what had happened. Robert was the only oblivious one.
I looked at Craig, who had closed his eyes and started breathing slowly. I shrugged with my opposite shoulder so as not to wake him again.
