The New Avenger

Chapter 11

When I arrived in my room I messaged Steve while getting ready for the training, I took off my make-up and tight my hair in a high ponytail.

I look in the mirror and grab a water bottle out of my fridge before walking down to the training area.
The Outfit:

When I arrived, Steve was already there wearing a tight shirt. I had to swallow a few times to prevent myself from drooling. I walked over to him and put my water bottle down. "Well Cap, ready to lose?" I said and he laughed. "I lose from you?" He asked and smiled I asked for some public so the others will be here soon. "You invited Tony and Peter too?" I asked and he smiled. "Of course can't leave the important people out." He said and as he finished the others walked in. "Get his ass Nina." They all said. I did some stretching exercises before going into the ring. Steve tried to intimidate me by breaking the punching bag (Avengers scene). I applaud and acted as if I was scared. He walked into the ring and just as he got in position I felt a shift in my body as if I got stronger and faster. "I have to warn you, I just felt a change in my body so there might be new powers in play." I said and smiled confidently. "It won't change anything, you will still be beaten." He said and laughed. "We'll see about that." I said and got in position. I focused on shifts in my body and I ran towards Steve, I was behind him before he even noticed, I tapped him on the shoulder, he turned around and I smiled. I waved at him before pushing him to the other side of the ring. I laughed, "So the new powers do make difference." I said and I heard everyone cheer, he smiled at me and walked towards me. "We'll see." He said as he was only inches away from me. I smiled at him and grabbed his arm before I threw him on the ground over my shoulder, I sat down on top of him. "You give up yet?" I said and before I knew it he switched us over and pinned my arms down. "Not quite." He said and smiled, "Oh really?" I said, I lift my head up so I was near his ear. "I can feel your excitement." I whispered before flipping us over, getting up and throwing him into the air. I quickly got a bigger mat and placed in the ring before he fell down. He landed and grunted. "Okay I give up." He said and I smiled I kneeled down at his face, "Told you I would beat your ass." I said as I helped him up. "You got lucky that your powers kicked in." He said and smiled at me. As we got out if the ring everyone was cheering and one by one congratulated me. Tony was last and smiled. "Well done, let's go do some tests to see where they came from." He said and pulled me with him to the examination room. I was still catching my breath when I sat down on the examination bench. "I don't know what happened to the power of my hands, the burning left after Brie and I came back from space." I said as Tony plugged me onto the machines. "Well try to move something without touching it." He said and stepped away. I looked around and saw a cup of coffee, I smiled thinking of the memory from when I was a baby. I focused on the cup of coffee and moved it towards Tony until he held it in his hand. His eyes widen, "You remembered?" He said and I nodded. He smiled at me and gave me a hug. All of a sudden he gasped. "I might know how you got those powers." He said as he ran towards the computer. He was ticking on the keyboard really fast and I just sat there confused. "FRIDAY call for doctor Banner and Doctor strange please." He said as he stared at the screen. "Dad what is going on?" I asked and he looked at me. "I'll let you know when I'm sure about it honey." He said as Bruce and an unknown man walked in. "You called for us?" Bruce said and Tony nodded he pointed at the screen. "Is it possible that this is the source of it all?" He asked and Bruce looked unsure. "Strange, can you look into the past please?" He asked the unknown man. The man nodded and as I saw him use his powers I realized it was Doctor Strange. He moved quickly as if he was rewinded but also forwarded. "Yes it is true." He said when he moved in normal pace again. "The only thing that doesn't fit in this are the wings." Tony said as he looked at me. "Can you check how that happened please?" He said desperately. Doctor Strange nodded and did the same thing over again. But was quickly back. "This is going to sound strange." He said and laughed nervously as he walked towards me. "May I see?" He asked pointing to my back I nodded and extracted my wings. He looked closely and turned to Tony. "She, Stark, looks to be a real angel." He said and cleared his throat. "Now I know that can't be true but as of right now it is the only explanation I can come up with." He said and walked back to Tony, who in return just stares at me. "I do remember when you were only a few days old you were taken out of the hospital, we were looking for you for hours and called the police as well. After 7 hours you were found exactly where you went missing all those hours ago. I have a feeling it wasn't a human who took you." He said and breathed shakily. He leaned on his desk rubbing his hands over his face. He looked back at doctor strange. "Please get that friend of yours and see what you can find out." He said and walked towards me to unplug me from the machines. "What are you doing?" I asked. "There is no need for tests we know what is happening." He said and looked at me. "Your powers come from what's called the infinity stones. Each if these stone have their own power. I don't know what exactly happened but we do know you got your powers from them. It's just a matter of time for all your powers to be present. You now have 3 of the 6." He said softly. "Either way you will get through this and I am right here with you." He said and smiled at me. I nodded and took a deep breath. "I'll just go take shower." I said as I retracted my wings and walk to my room. I took a long shower just to think about everything. And changed into comfortable clothes. Before laying on my bed and just watch some TV.
